SUBJECT LAND A Site Alteration Permit shall be obtained if you are located in an area; • Within 60 metres of the Optimal Summer Water Level, • Zoned Environmental Protection, Flood Plain, Flood Fringe or Floodway and their respective setbacks, • Within shoreline vegetation buffer, • Within 45 metres of the Highway 11 MTO right of way, or • Within 20 metres of roadways within the Town deemed as scenic corridors.
