Providing a quality, rich media Internet based showcase is now one of the minimum requirements for any real estate professional to effectively market property and to attract buyers to express interest in that home. 1. Internet Websites Your home will be exposed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week until it is SOLD! Direct Marketing to Agents A database containing over 2,500 Realtor’s e-mail addresses in the local Board of Realtors will allow for a pro-active approach to expose the home directly to other Realtors in this area. Also, this will allow for maximum exposure to the greatest number of Realtors in a very short period of time. This includes agents in Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough counties! 3. Virtual Tour of Home In order to sell your home as quickly as possible, is very important to let a large group of qualified home buyers see your home as soon as possible.
4. Full Color Flyers A two sided full color flyer containing photographs and a description of your home will be produced and placed in a flyer box located on the sign post on your property. The flyer is a great marketing tool to have for those potential buyers that are driving through your neighborhood in search of their dream home.

5. Property Information Packets A full color multi-page brochure will be designed and printed to showcase your home as well as a Visual Tour CD. The brochure will then be placed at the property for prospective buyers to take with them. We will also include a response sheet for the potential buyers and their agents to leave comments and suggestions on your property. This will prove helpful for future showings and address any concerns.

6. Brochure Mail-out The full color multi-page brochure along with the visual tour CD will be mailed out to other area real estate agents that deal with high end properties. This will make sure that your home is presented to potential qualified buyers with the means to purchase your home.

7. Photography A photo shoot will be arranged for your property. This exclusive photo shoot will highlight the main features of your home. The photographs will then be used for creating your property’s marketing portfolio.
8. Multiple Listing Service This is a database agents use to view other listings that are active in the area. Your property will be entered in the Realtor Organization’s Multiple Listing Service (MLS) making it available to every buyer and Realtor nationwide.
