The Apostles’ Creed
Ramsey Branam
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth; And in Jesus Christ his only Son, our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; the third day he rose from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the Glory body, and the life everlasting. Amen.Be to the Father Hymn 71

Announcements MINISTRY HIGHLIGHT — SCOUT SUNDAY
For over 100 years, both Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts have enjoyed the support of religious organizations, such as Dunwoody UMC. The church and community have enriched the spiritual lives of youth, each of whom strive to live up to the Scout oath and laws. Promoting strong values, leadership and community service are key components of both scouting programs. Boy Scout Pack 266 and Troop 266, sponsored by DUMC, offer great opportunities for families to become more engaged in faith while growing, learning life skills and having fun together. Similarly, the Girl Scout program builds girls of courage, confidence and character. DUMC provides space for 13 Girl Scout troops to hold their meetings as well as monthly leadership gatherings. Interested in learning more about the Scout programs? Visit dunwoodyumc.org/scouts today. Congratulations to our Scouts!
