Located in the Essendon Fields business precinct, the Insurance Australia Group (IAG) has been operating a dedicated Service Centre in Moonee Valley for six years, employing 180 staff.
Moonee Valley and the Victorian Government worked closely with Foxtel to achieve its premier location. Foxtel has been operating from Moonee Valley for over 20 years and 90 per cent of staff located at the site are employed in Service Centre functions.
IAG has experienced low attrition and high attendance rates from its Service Centre staff.
The operation includes head office functions and service functions include: customer enquiries, customer acquisition (telemarketing), help desk and technical support, billing and receipting and back office functions.
