1/2 Stick Real Butter 1/2-3/4 Tube Refrigerated Cilantro Paste OR 2 cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro Leaves (Save some for garnish) 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder Salt and pepper to taste Prepare rice ingredients according to directions on boxes. Combine cooked rice together, add butter, garlic powder, and the preferred cilantro option. Mix well over low heat. Add coconut milk. Stir until creamy, adding more coconut milk, if necessary. Add shredded chicken, stir, and season to taste. Garnish with sprigs of cilantro and serve. With a delicious savory recipe like Cilantro Chicken and Rice, there’s lots of time to create a favorite dessert recipe, too. Usually, desserts are considered easy crowd-pleasing dishes that can be made with lots of handy ingredients hanging around the kitchen. Try this supersimple sweet treat on for size. Chocolate-Coconut Cashew Bites 2 cups Stevia-Sweetened or Regular Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels 1/4 cup Organic Virgin Coconut Oil Salted Whole Cashews Small-cup cupcake tin Small-cup decorative cupcake paper liners Fill cupcake tin with cupcake paper holders and 1-2 cashews per cup.
