STEP 7 SELECT A LINE ITEM CATEGORY AND DETAIL EXPENSES BY LINE ITEM STEP 8 PROVIDE DESCRIPTION OF LINE ITEM AND INCLUDE # OF UNITS IN PARENTHESES

STEP 9 TOTAL COST PER LINE ITEM (UNIT PRICE x # UNITS) STEP 10 INCLUDE A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF EVENT

STEP 12 BUDGETS WILL BE REVIEWED AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IF THEY ARE APPROVED
