This project studies the integration of sounds in a natural environment. The sounds used are those that nature leaves behind: the wind when it blows, impacts or simply brushes with elements of aluminum, copper, tin and paper.

Model representing the direction and speed of the wind.

The purpose of the project was to integrate these “no natural” sounds into the environment and make them part of the melody of nature: birdsong, rain and wind. For this, these sounds were mixed respecting the parameters of frequency and rhythm. The sounds of the terrain and the sounds that emitted a series of materials (aluminum, copper and tin and paper) were recorded. The recording was made by models that responded to different geometries: smooth, rough, folded surfaces, circular, with holes, in the shape of a snail ... The project needed to be placed in places with high air velocity, for that we studied the points of the terrain that fulfilled this requirement. These points are the ones that would determine the location of the cabins. Of all the skins studied were chosen only those that fit harmoniously with the sounds of nature: P (Paper) A (Aluminum) C (Copper) T (Tin)

B (Bird) R (Rain) W (Wind)
