Anna`s Bridal Make Up tips 1. Have a make up trial at least one month prior to your big day 2. Take photographs/magazine cut outs to your trial so you can show the colours and ideas you would like. 3. Make full use of your make up trial , maybe have it just before your hen do where photographs will be taken so you can see how it looks on camera. 3. Get some expert help
Look for a cake designer who specialises in the style of cake you're after. If you have your heart set on a chocolate wedding cake, for example, find a chocolate expert.
The Expert
A great wedding cake designer will ask for as much detail of your big day as possible to help him or her come up with some ideas. Let him or her know what type of flowers you are having, what the style of your dress is, even down to the colour of the bridesmaid dresses.
Get tasting
When choosing your cake designer, ask to see examples of cakes they have already made and be sure to have a taste - it's important that a cake tastes as good as it looks.
Flavour play
When it comes to the cake filling, while the traditional choice would be fruit, there are many other options such as lemon cake, carrot cake, and, of course, chocolate. You might even decide to have a different cake per tier.
The bigger the better!
Consider having a cake that's slightly bigger than you need. That way, you can save a slice for guests unable to attend, and enjoy some when you get back from honeymoon. Bear in mind that fruit cake is the only filling that will still taste great a few months after the wedding.
Don't forget allergies
Be sure to cater for guests with nut allergies. Some cake makers will make nut-free cakes, or you could have a small cake created especially for them. Alternatively, you need to let guests with allergies know they should avoid the cake.
Keep it different
Consider serving your wedding cake in the evening, or instead of desert. Serving it with cream, ice cream or chocolate sauce.

There are so manylovely flowers and different designs to choose from that it may be difficult to know where to start. Below are a few tips: It is important to set a budget for wedding flowers. The florist can then work within this budget and suggest the best arrangements for the cost. The cost will depend on your choice of florist, styles and flowers. If you are having a florist then they should be booked approximately five to six months before the wedding, if not sooner, and a meeting arranged at approximately two months before wedding to discuss and finalise ideas. A florist needs plenty of time to source the stock and accessories for the wedding, especially if you are having something that is a bit unusual. When deciding on wedding flowers, a good place to start is to think about using your favourite flowers. If you don't have a favourite flower, then buy a few different ones to have in your home, so you can see if there are any that you particularly like. Prepare some ideas before you meet the florist. Look in wedding magazines and the internet for ideas. There are magazines that are dedicated to wedding flowers. Look at different bouquet designs, colour schemes and individual flowers to get an idea of what you like. Also, take along any sketches that you have.
