Contour Airlines Announces New Nonstop Flights Between Macon and Washington Dulles Contour Airlines anuncia vuelos

Macon travelers will soon have a new and more convenient way to reach the nation’s capital. Contour Airlines has announced the launch of nonstop service between Macon-Bibb County (MCN) and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), starting May 1, 2025.

This marks Contour Airlines’ first jet service to Washington Dulles, bringing a smoother and more comfortable travel experience to Middle Georgia. Flights will be operated daily on a 30-seat Embraer ERJ-135 aircraft, featuring all-leather seating with extra legroom, complimentary snacks and beverages, and a free checked bag included with every fare.

The switch from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) to Dulles International Airport (IAD) offers major advantages for travelers. As a key hub for United Airlines, Dulles provides seamless domestic and international connections, benefiting both business and leisure travelers.
