DIVISION ST. TOWERS The intervention of Division St. Towers is to create a new typology for urban multiuse housing. One that pays respect to existing residential housing by gradually stepping down, while approaching the
main street by rising to commercial height. This is then combined with the notion of living in small vertical planned units that are more living furniture pieces than apartments.

WikiLab takes influence from Alastair Parvin’s WikiHouse and applies it to the neighborhood level. WikiHouse is an open sourced, CNC’ed, affordable building model that puts the design process into the hands of the people. WikiLab is an educational neighborhood center that provides DPH with the tools, knowledge and support to build and grow. This model
provides the basic structure that can be applied on multiple scales for the community to reinvest in itself. As more WikiHouses are produced through the WikiLab an identity of quality building is formed for the neighborhood. This identity provides incentive for the neighborhood to grow into a thriving neighborhood and fully take over WikiLab.

Copenhagen’s lakes are valuable building space in an ever expanding city, but how can you use this space without taking away from their beauty? By using the site as a chance to connect with water, this intervention proposes a Sauna and Bath House buried in the lake.
As the user descends into the lake and experiences the rituals of bathing they are connected back with the site. The existing board walk bleeds urban furniture and sculptures allowing for a flowing entry to the building.

PLACING PEOPLE PAVILION Horizon Serenity and Community
32
The Intervention of this pavilion provides a space for a 2030 time capsule ceremony in the St. Johns community. To relate to the immediate site wood pallets and steel from the industrial area will be used. To emphasis on the Horizon, partitions
and windows guide the users view. To provide serenity spaces enclose nature and connect the user with the water. To provide community cubby spaces will gather the neighborhoods picture, trinkets, and memorandums.
