We are not confined to a “territory”.

We continue to add new locations to the magazine because we can. If there is a listing you want to advertise and we don’t currently feature that area, we will add it!

It’s all about the listing

Our format is simple – organized by area, priced low to high. We advertise everything from a building lot for one, to a entire housing development.

Location

We display the magazine in all the places you are. Grocery stores, diners, gas stations, banks,

Real Estate offices and everywhere in between.

Waterfront properties are advertised YEAR ROUND.

When you call, email or text, you are always dealing directly with me, the owner. Any last minute price changes are cheerfully accepted until the publication goes to press.
