Solar Orientation: The prevailing solar orientation in this area is east and southeast. During summer, the sun rises in the northeast and sets in the southwest, directly illuminating the eastern and western sectors. In winter, the sun rises in the southeast and sets in the northwest, directly illuminating the southern and northern sectors. Wind Direction: The predominant wind direction in the Thu Thiem New Urban Area is southeast and southwest. Southeast winds are common during the rainy season, carrying moisture and rain. Southwest winds are prevalent during the dry season, bringing hot and dry air.
Building Orientation and Layout: High-rise buildings should be oriented northeast-southwest to facilitate air circulation throughout the urban area and mitigate the urban heat island effect. Green spaces, such as parks and gardens, should be interspersed among buildings to enhance airflow, provide shade, and reduce the impact of heat. Natural Ventilation Systems: Employ skylights, roof ventilation systems, and ventilation windows to harness natural winds and reduce the reliance on air conditioning.
The project must provide suitable factors for diverse and different investors such as: children, office workers, the elderly and other factors. the design must be suitable and supportive for the disabled to easily access the project.

ARCHITECTURAL FLOORING DEPENDS ON THE NEEDS OF THE INVESTOR
Analyze and provide revasonable solutions for the building’s structure, the bearing structure of beams and other structural components.
Soil: District 2 is mainly formed on river and marine sediments, consisting mainly of clay, sand, and partly mixed soil.
Groundwater level: Groundwater level in District 2 is relatively stable but can fluctuate seasonally and due to groundwater exploitation activities.
Traffic network: District 2 has a developed traffic system with many main roads, branch roads and internal roads. Main roads include: Mai Chi Tho Avenue, Hanoi Highway, Nguyen Duy Trinh Street, Dong Van Cong Street,...

Vietnam has a tropical monsoon climate
According to data, the temperature, climate, and humidity in Vietnam are quite complicated, especially with the west-facing sun, we need to find solutions to shade or reduce sunlight exposure for workers to work effectively.
Suggestion: place the tour block towards the west to minimize sunlight and at the same time
CLIMATE ANALYSIS
Analysis of sun and wind direction, visibility, traffic, trees, view of area D4, Tan Lap 1, Tan Phuoc, Tien Giang 70000:
1. Sun and wind direction: Area D4, Tan Lap 1, Tan Phuoc, Tien Giang 70000 is located in the tropical monsoon climate zone, with two distinct seasons: rainy season and dry season.
Dry season: The Northeast monsoon prevails, bringing cold and dry air from the North down. The main wind directions are Northeast and Northwest.
Rainy season: The southwest monsoon prevails, bringing hot and humid air from the sea. The main wind direction is Southwest and South.
