Join Vince Ferguson, U.S. Navy Veteran, Wellness Coach, Author, President of Body Sculpt of New York, Owner and Creator of the Six Weeks to Fitness programs and host of the Six Weeks to Fitness podcast. Vince has been in the fitness arena for over 30 years.
Vince founded Body Sculpt of New York, Inc., a Brooklyn-based not-for-profit health and fitness organization. Their mission is to combat the obesity epidemic by providing families with the tools to live a healthy lifestyle through education and the promotion of a culture of physical fitness, health, and proper nutrition. Vince has supported and coached thousands of individuals and kids with fitness strategies and healthy initiatives over the years.As a Speaker, Vince feels that it is his responsibility to educate the public about taking care of their health. He says that, “You only get one body; if you take care of your body, your body will take care of you, but how do you take care of your body? You take care of your body by feeding it with proper nutrition, staying hydrated, and moving each and every day. “

This program, funded by donations, is designed to strengthen the parent-child-family connection through family focused exercise activities, nutrition classes and meal planning/preparation classes. Families support each other with developing and setting achievable health goals, hold each other accountable and encourage each other to implement and maintain healthy life long habits.
Vince is also the creator and host of the “Six Weeks to Fitness” podcast, where he interviews fitness and nutrition experts, doctors, athletes and celebrities to discuss the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.
