EDITOR-IN-CHIEF Victoria has been the EIC of JCK since 2010, and is a frequent contributor to The New York Times. She graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in political science and earned her MFA in nonfiction writing from Columbia University. She is based in Los Angeles.

MELISSA ROSE BERNARDO

MANAGING EDITOR At JCK, Melissa spends her time searching for Stores We Adore, scouting red carpet trends, and penning punny headlines. Three nights a week, you’ll find her at the theater, reviewing shows for outlets such as New York Stage Review and Entertainment Weekly.

CONTRIBUTING EDITOR Karen reports daily for JCKonline on independent jewelers, designer stories, family-owned stores, and the lighter side of jewelry. Her work also has appeared in U.S. News & World Report, Glamour.com, and The Detroit News. She is the author of four local-history books.

BRITTANY SIMINITZ

CONTRIBUTING EDITOR Britt got her start in the industry working for a familyowned retailer after college. She loves exploring the work of both emerging and newto-her jewelry designers. She lives in the Washington, D.C., area with her husband and daughters.

CONTRIBUTING EDITOR Amy is the author of JCKonline’s style- and culturefocused All That Glitters blog, known for its lively curations, designer spotlights, and vintage jewelry–related topics. Her work has also appeared in DuJour, Caviar Affair, Martha Stewart Weddings, Galerie, and 1st Dibs’ blog The Study.

@DIAMONDOODLES An artist, gemologist, and consultant, Hannah founded Diamondoodles as the expression of years of fine arts training, glitter theory, and sparkle obsession. Her followers appreciate her unique ability to educate and her eye for color.

@ENGAGEMENT101 Severine is the founder of Engagement 101, the first multimedia platform for couples planning engagements. In 2018, she debuted Propose Too, an initiative to highlight women who flip the script and propose to their boyfriends.

@GEMGOSSIP Danielle has been a jewelry collector since she was 4. But her career in the industry officially began in 2008 with her blog, Gem Gossip. She focuses on trends, antique jewels, celebrity style, designers, and gem/jewelry education.
