Echoes and Reflections: Holocaust Education for the 21st Century
Anne Frank in the World: 1929-1945: 6,000 photo exhibit. Daily showings of "The Short Life of Anne Frank" 28 minute film directed and produced by Gerrit Netten •Witness to the Holocaust: WWII Veteran William Alexander Scott III at Buchenwald photographic and essay exhibit •Virtual tour of the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam •Replica of Anne Frank's room •"Witness to the Holocaust" sculpture series by artist Devorah Sperber Holocaust Learning Trunk Show: Educators interested in using a trunk in his or her classroom can request a trunk on-line. Trunks remain at a school for a maximum of three weeks unless other arrangements have been made. By utilizing the materials in a trunk, educators are able to teach the lessons of the Holocaust to all students in Georgia.
Location / FEE This is a comprehensive, multimedia curriculum designed for middle and high school Social Studies and Language Arts teachers. Using visual history testimony integrated into ten multi-part lessons, this educational resource offers curriculum connections to contemporary issues of diversity, prejudice and bigotry, and modern-day genocide. It includes maps, photos, timeline, glossary and primary resources.

Program School Tours of Holocaust Gallery For grades 5 and up. A 2.5 hour tour includes 1h and 15 min with a Holocaust survivor and a 1h and 15 min docent-led tour of our Holocaust Gallery. First tour begins at 10:00am; no more than 150 people during one tour time. The Museum has exhibitions and school tours including: "Parallel Journeys: World War II and the Holocaust through the eyes of teens," and five other on-site exhibits.
“The Courage To Remember” is a 42 panel educational travelling exhibit about the Holocaust. It has been viewed in dozens of countries across six continents. With nearly 200 original photographs, many never seen before by the general public, “The Courage To Remember” offers a powerful, compelling insight into the Holocaust. Sunday Matinee: “The 20th Century with Mike Wallace: Nazis in America” The monthly film series continues. CBS correspondent and anchor Mike Wallace studies decades of Naziism in America and what the subculture imported from Nazi Germany. Total Running Time: 50 minutes.
