Considering demand for both educators and housing, this proposal rezoning a R-5 designation to A-1,2,3. Low-density apartment buildings or A-1, regards both the context and parking requirements. A Conditional Use Permit will allow for variance in height. The project is (3) three buildings, (2) two typologies on a moderately steep grade. Between them are 90-degree parking stalls and a fire access road.
