The global energy landscape is changing – perhaps more rapidly than we can ever have imagined. In order to continue to thrive in our industry, it’s important that we have a clear, long-term vision that defines not only our aspirations as an organisation, but also helps shape the behaviours of our people and the style of our Company. This is what we stand for and it should be core to everything we do. We’ll know we have achieved our vision when we can say that we are an integral part of our customers’ success. The great news is we know where we are headed, but we want you to be part of the new, exciting direction JDR is taking. Our success is dependent on our most valued asset – our people.
