OUR VISION

JDR vision to be the trusted partner Be an integral part of our customers’ project success At JDR, we collaborate with our customers to engineer products and provide services for the success of their projects. In doing so, we want to add value for our stakeholders and make our employees proud to be a part of JDR. Our focus on quality, health and safety, and the environment in which we operate contributes to our motivation to make JDR the partner of choice. The global energy landscape is changing – perhaps more rapidly than we can ever have imagined. In order to continue to thrive in our industry, it’s important that we have a clear, long-term vision that defines not only our aspirations as an organisation, but also helps shape the behaviours of our people and the style of our Company. This is what we stand for and it should be core to everything we do. We’ll know we have achieved our vision when we can say that we are an integral part of our customers’ success. The great news is we know where we are headed, but we want you to be part of the new, exciting direction JDR is taking. Our success is dependent on our most valued asset – our people.


I am excited by the opportunities to develop our specialist products and technology.

To guide us towards this common goal, we have created a set of values that help us to communicate the type of organisation we want to be. The values we’ve outlined within this book are the beliefs that should connect our global workforce and define what it means to be a JDR employee, customer and partner. They inspire everything we do and should drive us to constantly ask ourselves the question: How does what I am doing today help us, as an organisation, achieve our vision? Finally, for me personally and I hope for each one of you, they should provide a reminder of how we treat each other and how we operate across the globe together.
