Better Medical, Hahndorf SA Laura from Hahndorf Medical Clinic partnered with Country SA PHN to host a stall in the main street of the iconic Adelaide Hills town, Hahndorf. Laura, the clinic’s lead nurse Paula, and the PHN ladies loved the opportunity to speak with lots of women strolling by about the services available through PHN and Hahndorf Medical Clinic, including women's health, immunisations, cancer screenings, the service directory, and mental health supports. The team handed out goody bags filled with valuable resources for women from Jean Hailes for Women's Health, which were very well received and led to lots of conversations about the importance of women's health at every stage of life. These bags were also a talking point among patients who had engaged with us at the stall, who then booked an appointment to have a health check soon after.
