GREENER STOCK commercial + remerchandising

The purpose was to remerchandise Greener Stock to be a user friendly and engaging facility for designers as well as consumers. Rectilinear elements were repeated throughout the space to create the flexibility of the space displays were moveable vignettes to showcase top products. The merchandise was placed on the showroom floor with remaining stock in storage. The materials used in the space were a lighter value with dark accents. The color scheme is greens, whites and browns. White LED track lighting created a harmonious environment that hightlighted Greener Stock’s core values.

Greener Stock has a prime location on Columbia Parkway which gets considerable traffic. However, most people drove past the store because of its lack of signage. In order to increase curb appeal and traffic to Greener Stock, we suggested a signage solution, all remaining within the signage codes for the area. The solution is to add decals to the tinted windows as a means to draw viewers in from the street by stating items that can be found in the store.

THE MILL commercial + branding

CON CE P T

This historic building located in Bellevue, KY will be restored to include “The Mill Catering Company”, “The Mill Cooking Classes” and ”The Mill Trading Post” all located on the first floor. In addition, luxury condos called “Lofts at the Mill” will be located on the second and third floor. All three businesses as well as the lofts will provide a cohesive look focusing on an industrial aesthetic to complement the existing exposed brick. The variety of wood finishes will create a warm and inviting space that embraces a sense of community.

Branding is crucial to the success of the businesses and residences at The Mill. Consumers will experience the brand at different points. The branding elements will be translated through different components of environmental design like signage and wayfinding symbols. The product packaging and displays found in the retail store will also capture the brand values and logo.

Summerside Living is a retirement community that is designed to simplify lives. Located in Lebanon, OH, Summerside Living will allow residents to have the assistance they need along with all the comofts of residential living. Throughout the space, materials of lighter value will be used along with contrasting white and dark wood accents. The color scheme will be yellows, whites and greys.

Summerside Living has collaborative spaces which provide a sense of community by providing many opportunities for the residents to interact with each other such as a full service bank and post office, library, retail shop, salon and spa, woodworking shop, arts and crafts studio, game room, theater room, fitness center, garden and fireside lounges. Spacious studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments which all feature a full ADA compliant bathroom, closet, kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, as well as a large entryway. Some apartments will also feature their own balcony.

Pulling inspiration from the iconic artists of the mid century modern era, nineteen56 is a boutique hotel located in downtown Cincinnati, OH. Neutral finishes with pops of bold orange and yellow hues maintain the simplicity of this design style while allowing the unigue lines of the furniture to show through.

The CCC is a counseling center that is designed for helping people find balance in their lives. Throughout the space, finishes will be of a lighter value with natural neutrals and exposed wood beams to help bring the sense of the outdoors in.
