Organisations now operate in a global environment and it is important to understand different perspectives and experiences in an international context. This optional study visit will take place in June of Year One and is most likely to take place in the United States.

Career, personal and professional development is an integral part of the NUI Galway MBA programme. International Study Visit

I chose the NUI Galway Executive MBA because I wanted to broaden my experience so that I could contribute strategically at a company-wide level. The NUI Galway programme also provided a strong international context and has given me a much deeper perspective on management strategy and leadership challenges. The class interaction and peer-to-peer learning was invaluable due to the diverse backgrounds and experience of the group. Edel Jordan Communications Manager, DeCare Dental Insurance

A good balance was reached with regard to gaining an understanding of both the public and private sectors. The final interdisciplinary consultancy project has been for me the flagship, whereby all previous learning makes better sense. The breadth and variety of modules were impressive.
