Complete the sales agreement and return it to your agent. This agreement is a legal binding contract between you and our agency. This document authorises your agent to sell your property on your behalf.

All names that are listed on the property title have to be listed on the agency agreement.
MARKETING AGREEMENT o
A tailored marketing campaign to suite you and your property. Discuss your marketing campaign with your agent.

When it is complete please sign this agreement and return to your agent.
CONTRACT OF SALE o
When selling your property, you must have a Contract of Sale prepared. This is drawn up by a Solicitor or Conveyancer.

A property can not be advertised until the agency agreement is signed and returned to our office.

If you do not have a Solicitor / Conveyancer ask Trent to recommend one to you.
