Horton Pond

Located across from Villas by the Sea jekyllisland.com/conservation

Home to a variety of wildlife, Horton Pond features a floating platform for turtles, alligators, and birds to rest. Safely appreciate this habitat from the wheelchair accessible observation deck or Tupelo Trail, a .7 mile trail surrounding the pond.

• No fishing or swimming in lakes or ponds . Do not enter any ponds, lakes, or ditches.

• Maintain a safe distance of at least 20 feet from alligators.
