When you look, you see. If you listen, you learn. I apply this principle to everything I take on in life. Every designer must be able to see the details. However, listening to each detail is an acquired skill. All projects have it’s own distinct voice and to understand how to design for it, I have to pay attention to how it speaks to me first.
