pieces may also be difficult with our hands at times.
P R OC E SS The process of creating any diorama requires a huge amount of attention to the detail of the real life object. Every crack and tear, even the dust and dirt on the original object is recreated in its miniature version.
A SS E M B L I NG When assembling the pieces together, it’s very crucial to make sure the glue does not get all over the piece. Handling the pieces with a tweezer would be recommended on this part of the process to avoid having finger prints staining the clean pieces.
M I NI PI E C E S Miniature furniture and pieces are one of the hardest crafts to be made. It requires full attention to details and precision on the cutting for each piece. The smaller the part, the harder it is to create it. The details on each piece also differ depending on the material used to create it.
FURNI TURE Creating the furniture and objects to be placed in the space has to be planned out well. The scale of the furniture must match the scale of the entire space itself. Each object is measured precisely and cut to its exact proportions before being placed in the space created. If the sizing and scaling do not match, the only way to fix it is to redo the entire piece.
F I LL I N G I N THE SPACES Once all the furniture and pieces are ready, it is finally time to put everything together into the small miniature space. Before putting everything in, it is important to first brush on some dust if required to the walls and corners to give it a more realistic look.
