HISTORY

Miu Miu was launched in 1992 by Miuccia Prada, as part of Prada portfolio. In 1993 she opened her first Boutique in Milan. In 2005 the brand was given a new luxury positioning and eyewear segment relaunched in 2011.

HISTORY

Ralph Lauren was created by New York-born Ralph Lauren in 1967 when he began a label of men’s ties. The Polo line was first introduced in 1981, the same year that the first international store was opened on New Bond Street in London. Today the Ralph Lauren group produce clothing, homeware, fragrances and furniture, as well as eyewear. Their head office is still based in Manhattan, New York. What began 40 years ago with a collection of ties has grown into an entire world, redefining American style. Ralph Lauren has always stood for providing quality products, creating worlds and inviting people to take part in his dream.

Understand clients’ needs: courses required, target audience - done

Let the client experience users – pilot test within UK internal Platform – in progress

Define with the client if contents and look are in line with needs – graphic, design, contents TBC

Need to understand how the client platform and our courses work together – TM is granted access to client’s platform TBC

The client must do a technical test – of their platform in order to make sure that LuxAcademy courses work properly on the platform client’s responsibility to adapt right actions to make courses compatible with the client’s platform, (to be supervised by TM once implemented) TBC

We need to have courses results of how many users have completed the on-line courses, the Training Manager will agree with the client that local training will receive tracking of the results every 3-6 months TBC
