Over 20 years ago I had a vision. I thought American ice cream could be better and more interesting. All these years later, I am proud to say that our hard body ice creams— built from the ground up with remarkable and single-sourced ingredients from our vast network of growers, makers, and producers—are bringing people together. Our ice creams are unique in flavor, but what truly sets them apart is their ultra creamy body and texture created using the natural power of milk proteins (not gummy, flavor-dulling stabilizers). We’ve spent years tweaking our recipes to get this right because we are devoted to making the best ice creams the world has ever known. This holiday, our flavors reflect fun, adventure, and, of course, a sense of celebration and warmth. They make the perfect gift, and we’ve reimagined our delivery box so that the experience of receiving our ice cream is as good as the first bite. Our friends at Middle West Spirits in Columbus know whiskey. Every batch of their award-winning whiskey is distilled with soft red Ohio winter wheat yielding notes of butterscotch, honey, and vanilla. It’s the perfect spirit to blend with grass-grazed Ohio dairy and toasted pecans.
We’ve been partnering with the Direct Trade coffee pioneers at Chicago-based Intelligentsia for years. Steeping their well-balanced espresso beans in cream makes all the difference. All of the complex flavor and aroma of freshly brewed espresso shines through.
Mackenzie Creamery, a family-run creamery in Northeast Ohio, makes the best goat cheese we’ve ever tasted. Small-batch, naturally tangy goat cheese with a mild flavor and clean finish. It’s the secret to the success of this longtime fan favorite that’s like scoopable cherry cheesecake.
Jeni’s × Stone California’s lauded craft brewer, Stone Brewing, issued us a challenge: Could we create an ice cream inspired by and made to be paired with their bigcharacter, Mexican-chocolate stout, Xocoveza? The answer: an earthy and rich dark chocolate ice cream with spices that playfully roll over your palate like a wave. It’s our nod to the ancient Aztecs, who spiked their chocolate with rose. Both the ice cream and the beer are delicious on their own, but great when enjoyed together.

How we do it Our ice creams are built from the ground up. Great dairy is our foundation, which is why we use milk from grass-pastured cows— milk as sweet and fragrant as the grass on which the cows graze. Fresh fruits, vegetables, cookies, crisps, and sauces are roasted, caramelized, and baked from scratch in our kitchen. And unparalleled ingredients are sourced from around the world. Because real flavor can’t be synthesized in a lab. Salty Caramel $12 A perfect balance of salty and sweet: sugar firetoasted in our kitchen and blended with sea salt, cream, and grass-grazed Ohio milk.
Milkiest Chocolate $12 Creamy milk chocolate mixed with evaporated milk, Ohio wildflower honey, and grass-grazed milk. Evaporated milk gives this ice cream concentrated milkiness and delightful chewiness.
