VIP EVENTS Advertising VIP Events through picture of venue and entertainment VIP Events is delighted to present their team that can showcase the high level of entertainment that can be brought to you through amusements involving live bird of prey shows, dancing pieces and singing performances. We can be hired for all occasions and each booking comes exclusively with a giant celebration cake, sculpted by our very own Rachel Mount, and a variety of entertainment acts. This would be an advertising shoot that would successfully promote VIP Events. The shoot would be located in Manchester in Gorton Monastery (one of our popular events for hiring) and would showcase all of our entertainment acts, the majority of which are based in Manchester or Cheshire. James Broome – Photographer James Broome is a professional photographer based in Manchester. He specialises in studio portrait photography but has also produced some of the UK’s best product, advertising and commercial photography throughout Manchester and Cheshire. James is an extremely versatile and talented photographer who offers his services both on location and in his own state-‐of-‐the-‐art photographic studio in Swinton. He is extremely passionate for what he does and offers a photography service that won’t be beaten. Peter Wallace -‐ Lighting Operator Peter Wallace lives in Cheshire and has had 6+ years of industry experience as a lighting operator. Peter can operate a range of equipment such as Moving Lights and Le Maitre Pyro Kits.
Lisa Elliot – Fashion Stylist Lisa Elliot is a fashion stylist for commercial and editorial fashion. With over ten years experience within the fashion industry, Lisa has worked with a variety of mens, womens, kidswear and sportswear brands. Lisa has done photo shoots for fashion retailers, advertising campaigns and TV commercials. Charges £150 for full clothing hire and styling advice.
Rachael Dutton -‐ Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist Rachael Dutton is a freelance Makeup Artist based in Manchester. She is naturally creative and diverse and demonstrates fantastic artistic skills. Rachael’s passion is giving makeovers that show her clients how amazing they can look. Rachael has styled the hair and makeup of models taking part in Vogues Fashion Night Out in Manchester and Manchester’s fashion magazine so has gathered extensive experience. She charges £50 for a full makeover and hair styling session.
Joe Currie – Bird Handler (For live bird of prey) Joe Currie works at Gauntlet Birds of Prey Eagle and Vulture Park in Cheshire. He has been the longest serving member of the team and has got the title of Head Bird Handler. Joe began as Gauntlet’s first volunteer in 1997. He takes part in organising regular flying displays, vulture feeding and meet and greet presentations. Charges £150 for 1 hour entertainment and handling. Robert Lamberti – George Michael Impersonator (A Celebrity Lookalike) Rob Lamberti, has a very successful singing career impersonating the pop star George Michael and in the process, has become something of a star himself. Not only does Rob Lamberti sound like George, his resemblance is so alike that George Michael himself as been mistaken for him. Robert has performed in multiple venues across the UK.
Rachel Mount – Cake Artist (For the Large sculpted Birthday Cake) Rachel Mount is London's leading cake artist, her cake sculptures have been exhibited at the Royal Academy of Arts. From Japanese Vogue to American Elle, her cutting edge cake decoration has received global media acclaim. For the past 20 years Rachel has designed, baked and decorated cakes to individual client specification. She creates stylish cakes for all occasions. She designs bespoke centrepieces for birthday parties, wedding receptions, christenings, anniversary celebrations and corporate events. Cake quotations start from £300. One tier designs from £395. Josh Scott – Dancer (Male with Sports Physique) Josh Scott, 22, has appeared in numerous dance events, including Youth Dance England’s Young Creative Programme, before graduating from Trinity, Laban one of the major dance schools in London. Josh has also completed a post-‐grad year with Verve in Leeds, and has recently been accepted into a dance company in Barcelona. £70 per performance.
Helen Andrews – Dancer (Female with Sports Physique) Helen Andrews, 22 has graduated from Northern Contempory Dance School in Leeds and is now working as a dance apprentice for a company named Motion House based in Leamington Spa. Helen will soon be touring around Europe showcasing her work and talent. £70 per performance. Sales Team at Gorton Monastery Venue (An Architectural Interior) Gorton Monastery is a 19th century former Franciscan friary in Manchester built in 1863. It has recently undergone a £6milion restoration programme and the venue is now used for conferences, parties, weddings and business events. Its stunning interior is a prominent example of high Victorian gothic architecture. The Monastery is an iconic, grade 2-‐listed building. It is a 5 star location used for 5 star events.
