TERMS & CONDITIONS
Internet and US Buyers will have two (2) business days to wire Canadian Funds to Jack Auction Group for all purchases. All settlements must be made with the sale clerks before cattle will be released. The right of property will not pass until final payment is made. Unless previous arrangements have been made.
BIDDING
Each animal will sell to the highest bidder. Bidders unable to bid on-line, may phone their bids in to the listed representatives or sale manager.
DISPUTES
Bidding will be re-opened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer’s decision is final.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Announcements made from the block will take precedence over printed matter in the catalog. Buyers are cautioned to pay close attention to announcements.
PURCHASER’S RISK
Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold. Animals will be cared for at the purchaser’s risk for a reasonable length of time.
CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION
Each animal will carry papers issued by their association unless otherwise stated. A full certificate of registry duty transferred will be furnished to the buyer after payment has been made.
DELIVERY
Assistance will be given in making delivery after the sale. The purchaser agrees shipping arrangements will be at the convenience of the seller, but will be as soon as practical after the sale, at the buyer’s risk. Free delivery in Manitoba and Eastern Saskatchewan. Bulls may return to the yard until June 1st but they must be insured.
AMERICAN PURCHASES
The sellers will do all health testing for export. The Seller will assist with delivery. Exchange rates will be announced sale day at current rates. All bulls guaranteed exportable to the USA.
SALE MANAGER
Jack Auction Group is only acting as a medium between buyer and seller, and is not responsible for failure on the part of either party to live up to their obligations; or for the truth of any warranties or representations, expressed or implied. Any legal action taken in exceptional cases must be between Buyer and Seller. The Buyer must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations.
INSURANCE
We recommend that you insure your purchases. It is the Buyers’ responsibility to make arrangements with your preferred insurance broker.

Welcome to the Inaugural Country Rock Ranch and Malchuk Farms Simmental and Angus bull and female sale.
We’ve talked about having our own sale for a few years and with working with our good friends the Malchuk’s is what we needed to have enough numbers to do it.
Our bulls aren’t pushed and our repeat buyers have told us countless times, that they love when they go and bring cows in, in the fall the bulls look just as good if not better than when they got them. We pride ourselves on happy customers and repeat buyers.
This year’s bullpen has something for everyone. Whether it be red, black or black blaze and calving ease to performance we have a bull to fit your needs. This will be the last year there’s PWK WHISKEY 17B 5E and PCS FRESSHOT 246F bulls and females for sale who both left a mark on our herd and introducing DMJ MR 26K “Kraken” to cross on their daughters as worked just the way we wanted it to as you will notice in the offering.
In the past we have sold a few heifer calves and breds for sale thru other sales. As well a package of purebred heifers to our amazing friends the Momotiuks. But knowing we were having our own sale we chose to only offer them thru our Bull and Female sale. These aren’t the bottom end of the pen heifers they are a true representation of our breeding program.

When we decided to start this Angus herd I always told myself that I was going to raise 2 year old bulls and here we are with our first group of 2 year old bulls. They did not disappoint us by any means. They were an easy group of bulls to get to where they are today. I think there is a bull in this group that would work for most Cattleman and Ranchers.

• His Mom was a heifer we bought that was bred from Brooken Angus what a bull calf she had.
• Here’s a bull that has great feet and hair coat.
• His Mom is a very nice cow out of the EverBlack Angus Program, we bought her as an open heifer and bred her to turning heads and what a bull calf she brought us.
• Here’s a little bigger bull but could work good for heifers or cows so if you have a couple heifers and little heard of cows it would work great. He was one of my favourites all year in the pen.
• His mom also has a heifer selling in the sale this year as number 30M and look at the frame of her.
• The 194F mom has never had problem with feet and is a very good milker.

• Here’s a cow bull that you can put with 30 cows and him being a two year old will come in and look the same condition as the day he went out.
• The SAV American Legend comes from a very powerful 1.5 million dollar bull from Schaff Angus.
• This guy has a very good set of feet under him too.
• Doesn’t take much to keep weight on this guy, very well made and easy to keep.
• Hair on this guy is very good.
• If you are looking for a two year old for cows take a look at 22L he will get the job done.
• Here’s a bull that will go out and breed a group of cows and put money in your pocket at sale day. Cash in on the steers, while his heifers will stand out in the replacement pen.
• 23L’s dam is having her 5th calf this year and her udder and feet still make her look like she’s a heifer.
• This two year old bull will cover 10 – 15 more cows than a yearling and look the same when he comes in from pasture.
• Eldorene 12D was bought out of the Reid Dispersal Sale and she was bred to Renovation 6822. What a female those two made.
• 1M was the top pick in the pen all year, very good footed and a female that moves so good, with a very great hair coat.
• She would make a very good Mom cow for her new owner.
• The Renovation 6822 females are some of the best around, don’t miss this chance, they are harder to find.
