Introduction Founded in 1994 and headquartered in
Mississippi, National Textile is North America’s largest manufacturer of protective clothing for
Nuclear power, weapons, environment restoration and industrial applications. The National Textile brand guidelines exist to
ensure visual and brand consistency exist across print and web materials. Information within this guide cover treatment of such assets as the company name, brand vision, mission, and
essence, logo, company colors, and typography.

THE LOGO

Company Logo This section deals with the various forms that the National Textile logo can take.
1 The full color logo, featuring both blue and
red. This should be used whenever possible to officially represent the company.
2 The black and white logo. This should be used whenever color printing/production is not possible on white surfaces.
3 The reverse logo in white. This should be used whenever color printing/production is not possible on color surfaces.

Logo Clear Space All forms of the National Textile logo must have a designated amount of clear space on all sides
unoccupied by other elements. This is to ensure the logo’s visual clarity and effectiveness. The only exception to this is when the logo is featured with our accompanied address information, such as the letterhead.

Logo Treatment The primary logo, black & white logo, and reverse logo are approved for use. Otherwise the logo must be used as is and not be altered in any way. This means you must not:
1 Change the logo’s orientation or rotation. 2 Add special effects to the logo. 3 Disproportionately scale or resize the logo. 4 Reverse logo colors. 5 Change logo colors. 6 Disconnect or alter placement of logo elements.

THE LOOK

Typography Our typeface for headings is Rockwell. We use
Regular weight for standard print and web. We use Bold weight for anything important or when visually necessary.
Our typeface for paragraph text is Avenir. We use Regular weight for standard print and web. We use Bold weight for anything important or when visually necessary. Our alternative typeface for paragraph text is
Helvetica. This should only be used when Avenir is not available.

Colors Our company colors are professional, bold, and American – expressing who we are.
1 Our first main brand color is a deep blue, to
signify the strong nature of our company as well as the trustworthiness we want to portray.
2 Our second main brand color is a bold red,
a patriotic compliment to the blue. This color should only be used within the logo and bar treatment.
3 Gray is to be used when necessary, otherwise copy is in black.

Letterhead The letterhead has three variations. Use is
dependent on the appropriate amount of information necessary for the context in which it appears.
And just like the logo, a letterhead must be used as is and not be altered in any way.
1 The primary company letterhead should simply feature our plant address and website.
2 The extended letterhead features our plant address, phone number, and website.
3 The reduced letterhead features only our plant address.

Red Bar The red bar should be reserved for the footer of all digital or printed material. The red bar should always be in proportion with the triple red stripes found within our logo. The red bar is used as a complimentary tool, with variations.
When the logo appears on the same surface within close proximity the red bar should be solid in color and form.
When the logo appears on the same surface and
not within close proximity, the red bar can feature the signature triple red stripes at either corner. When the logo does not appear on the same surface, the red bar can feature the signature triple red stripes at either corner.

Dear Rodney: This is further to our meeting of last week at which we agreed to hold a series of meetings over the next
two months to review your experiences with the pilot implementation of the 1to1 Customer Relationship Management Program.
As agreed, meetings will be held every second Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until noon, and the location will
alternate between our two offices, the first one to be convened here at Inter-Office on August 14, 2016.
Fred Johnson of your CRM group is to act as the meeting co-ordinator and recording secretary throughout the process.
As discussed, at the end of the process, Deborah Buxton of Consultek will draft the summary report for
review by the steering committee. As you requested, a copy of her c.v. has been enclosed. I trust I have covered all of the points that we discussed. work field is a powerful tool to grab attention. Specifications can vary from project to project.
Shooting images in the highest possible resolution is always suggested.
Type
The products and materials featured should represent the best of our inventory. Workers
should be in action or naturally posed, as to accentuate the strength and reliability of our company.
Text
Text can be placed over photography in a nondestructive way. Photos should be inconspicuously altered to accommodate any text placement.

Company Website Our Website remains clean with ample white
space. This also allows for simple navigation. Our top navigation bar offers quick links to common sites. Our bottom navigation bar contains company operation information.
Some screens, such as the homepage, feature
photos within the signature triple bar, resembling the flag of our logo. These photos are interactive, when hovered/clicked the text enlarges and becomes red.
Consumer pages such as the Product Information page and Shopping Cart should be clean and minimal as possible to ensure an pleasant experience for our users.

Advertising Ads will feature striking photography and simple bold print. All brand guidelines covered in this manual are to be applied to all advertising.

Bold powerful wording is placed as an continuum to the footer, which is the signature red bar. An additional exception, our shopping & contact information is placed within the red bar.
Exceptions
The bottom red bar may be enlarged to match the height of the entire logo. This allows for a stronger visual impact. Also, our shopping & contact information can be placed within the red bar.

Individual Packaging Small order boxes are strong, sturdy, and white. Our logo is enlarged and centered on the front panel. The signature red bar is featured on the
bottom, wrapping all four sides. These elements are to ensure our identity when shipping to customers.

Bulk Packaging Bulk order boxes are strong, sturdy, corrugated
cardboard. Our logo is centered on the front panel. These elements are to ensure our identity when shipping to customers, while remaining compliant with freight regulation.

Company Trucks For orders within 500 miles of our facility we offer
in-house delivery service. Our company trucks are branded with a large logo and signature red bar. Vehicles should remain white and clean.

Company Swag We supply swag to customers and employees.
All of our swag items follow brand guidelines outlined in this manual. Brand identifying elements such as the color red may appear in variation but should stay true to our look. The logo may be resized, centered, or justified - but should never change. The logo must not be altered.
