Sales Associates

Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer issues and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales Associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards.

• Team up with co-workers to ensure excellent customer service.

• Build productive trust relationships with customers.

• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.

• Remain knowledgeable about products offered and discuss available options.

• Process POS (point of sale) purchases.

• Cross sell products through all departments.

Here at Quiltique, your first priority is the CUSTOMER! Ultimately, the duties of a Sales Associate are to provide excellent customer service, while consistently helping to meet the store’s sales goals. In addition, your job includes many shop keeping duties that make Quiltique the eye-catching store that it is which includes packaging, merchandising, and cleaning. There is a minimum of 32 hours for full-time and 20 hours for part-time that will require availability Tuesday - Saturday.
