LIBRARIES From books to wifi to play areas...
Jefferson County public libraries offer something for everyone, whether you’re a long-time resident or just passing through.
A Place to Play
Kids can hop into a “hot air balloon,” build a reading fort, pretend to be a cook, make art, play with toys, and listen to stories. And they don’t even have to be quiet! The libraries provide interactive, comfortable, safe, and fun play spaces that promote literacy and imaginative play.
Stay Plugged In
Public libraries offer free access to tech devices and ways to connect, including computers, copiers, printers, laptops, fax machines, phone charging stations, and WiFi both in the building and outside.

Let’s Meet Up
Most public libraries have a variety of meeting spaces available which can be reserved in advance. The libraries in Fort Atkinson, Watertown, and Whitewater offer individual study rooms. Each library also provides open study areas with tables and chairs.
