Realty firm Godrej Properties on Tuesday said it will develop a new township project at Pune in partnership with two other companies. In a filing to the BSE, the Mumbai-based company said it has launched its township project, Godrej Infinity, in Pune. The township is spread across 43-acres, with a total saleable area of about 3.2 million sqft, Godrej Properties, the realty arm of the Godrej Group, said. Godrej Infinity is a joint development project, being developed by Godrej Properties in partnership with Oxford Group & Ekta World. Godrej Properties MD & CEO Pirojsha Godrej said: "We are happy to launch our eighth project in Pune."
