Logging into your KW Google account via google.com using your KW.com email address and password

In the top right corner, you’ll see your Google Apps, click on it Click on the More at the bottom of the drop down box

Google Map Maker - Add and update map information for millions of users to see in Google Maps and Google Earth with Map Maker. By sharing information about the places you know, like businesses in your town or roads in your area, you can ensure that the map accurately reflects the world around you.

Your updates will be reviewed and then can appear on the map. Finance - Lots of number related tools, spreadsheets, and charts. Analytics - track and collect data on your websites giving you insights into how visitors find and use your site, and how to keep them coming back.

Leadership Notes COMPLIANCE TIPS AND REMINDERS This week’s matters are: ❖
Remember if your loop is sent back for changes, when they are completed resubmit for compliance review.

Please do not make extra folder/s for requested changes/corrections.
Example of loop: If your listing ❖
Listing folder - all required docs and amendments

Contract folder - all required docs and amendments

Closing folder - all required docs
❖
If you will label your folders per the above it makes it very clear to all who are working/reviewing your loop.

Always remember to completely review all documents before your clients sign.

Leadership Notes TEAM LEADER Notes: Special Provisions No No It has come to our attention at the Commission that in a hot market some buyers’ agents are drafting and adding problematic language into the contract, generally into the One to Four Family Residential Contract (Resale) Paragraph 11. Special Provisions. For example, something like this is inserted: “Buyer will pay above appraised value” or “Buyer will pay $1,000 more than any other offer.” In some communities, agents are adding language to special provisions written by a title company or the real estate brokerage’s attorney. All of these practices violate the License Act and Commission Rules. The following Q & A’s explain why! When can a license holder insert language into paragraph 11, Special Provisions that makes the purchase price vary based on either other offers or an appraisal? Short answer: Never! Making the purchase price vary from the amount set out in the contract based on outside variables could affect the rights and remedies of one or both of the parties to the contract and is considered the unauthorized practice of law. Please note that license holders cannot draft inserts or addenda for these purposes either.

Leadership Notes Loopy Loops With compliance turning around so quickly, I am returning a lot of loops back to agent’s as “missing online greensheet” . This is what happens when your loop is approved for a DA and you haven’t yet created your online greensheet. If possible, best practice would be to create the online greensheet once you have submitted your contract folder to compliance. I wanted to remind everyone, that if you receive a returned loop for missing online greensheet, once the greensheet has been completed and it shows partially accepted compliance, be sure to go back to your loop and resubmit your contract folder for review (compliance). The loop will bypass compliance and come back to me to create the DA. This is the only way I will know you have completed the greensheet. If the loop is not resubmitted, then the loop will stay checked to you and the DA will not be created. Also, if you need to make revisions to your DA, you will need to upload the DA revision form to your loop. The revision form can be found in the KWNE templates. Note all changes that need to be made and submit the folder back to compliance. Mary will forward to me for a DA revision. If you find that you need to make changes prior to having a DA, you can email or call me and I can return your online greensheet to you to make the corrections. You will be able to find it on your greensheet dashboard under returned on your mykw.kw.com site. Once the corrections have been made, you will need to submit the greensheet until the status changes back to Partially Accepted Compliance the same as when you originally created it.
