THE SMITHS ARE LOOKING TO RENOVATE THEIR BELLE MEADE, TN HOUSE. THE FOCUS IS ON CREATING A HIGH END MASTER BATH AND DRESSING ROOM. WHEN WALKING INTO THE MASTER BATHROOM, YOU ENTER INTO AN OPEN CONCEPT CLOSET AND BATH COMBINATION. STEP ONTO THE DARK HERRINGBONE WOOD FLOORS IN THE OPEN SPACES, AND A MARBLETILE IN THE WET AREAS. THE BEAUTIFUL WHITE MARBLE TUB, SINKS, SHOWER AND FIREPLACE CREATE THE PERFECT CONTRAST WITH THE DARK WOODS TO CREATE A TIMELESS FEEL. A DEEP BLUE IS BROUGHT IN THROUGH PAINT AS WELL AS CRUSHED VELVET DRAPERY AND UPHOLSTERY. iNDUSTRIAL STYLE LIGHTING WAS ADDED TO HOLD ONTO THE SENSE OF THE SPACE BEING TIMELESS. THE BATHROOM ALSO FEATURES AN ENCOLSED AREA WITH A STATE OF THE ART KOHLER NUMI FOR THE ULTIMATE COMFORT AND PRIVACY.
1. The contract for this project shall be coordinate the entire scope of work from the beginning of the construction process through final close out. The scope of the work shall include, but not be limited to preparation of all coordination drawings, diagrams, and schedules for the completion and control of site utilization. 2. The general contractor solely responsible for all procedures necessary to complete this project.

All materials, labor, tools, equipment, machinery, transportation, heat, water, utilities, and other facilities and services required for a safe and proper execution are to be furnished and paid for by the general contractor.

Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JV Interiors and its officers and employees from any claim, damage, liability, injury, expense, or loss including defense costs and attorneys fees, arising out of a contractor’s performance under this contract or as a consequence of the existence of this contract.

7. Contractor shall be responsible for the acts of his employees and agents while on site, accordingly, contractor agrees to take all necessary measures to prevent injury or loss to persons or property located on site. Contractor shall be respnsible for all damages to persons or poroperty caused by contractor or any of his agents or employees. Contractor shall promptly repair damage that he or his agents or employees may cause to the site. 8. Contractor shall prepare a schedule identifying critical dates, Contractor shall coordinate all trades so that work is completed according to the schedule. Contractor shall identify long−lead items to the owner and to JV Designs so that an alternative selection may be considered.

9. The contractor providing materials and equipment shall be responsible for the proper and adequate storage of their materials and equipment. 10. The contractor documents show an overview of the work required under this contract and other requirements or conditions which may impact the project. Teh contract documents generally indicate the concept and intent of the project and are not meant to show all conditions or details. Stated dimensions take precedence over graphic representations. Drawings are not to be scaled. Larger details take precedence over small details. Contractor shall inform JV Designs of discrepancies prior to proceeding with work. 11. The contract documents are designed to reflect a particular occupancy tyoe and use for the structure, ASsociated systems and facilities described. Strict compliance with all codes and regulations concerning the use and occupancy of the structure is intended. All work shall adhere to the requirements in the contract.
