Likeable Media provides social content marketing and management for brands across industries such as media and entertainment, technology, healthcare and CPG, including Verizon FIOS, HarperCollins and Neutrogena. When Likeable first began delivering social campaigns for clients, the agency had to create custom applications to cater to each request. Projects demanded at least ten weeks of development time, meaning social campaigns often became cost-prohibitive to clients and put a strain on the Likeable team. The extensive custom development process kept Likeable from turning campaigns around quickly, which prevented the agency from seizing social’s unique opportunities for real-time marketing and made it harder to overdeliver for clients. Likeable needed a way to create innovative social campaigns that wouldn’t overwhelm clients’ budgets. As a thought leader in social for its clients, the agency wanted to expand its service offerings so that clients could turn to Likeable for comprehensive social expertise.

The team worked closely with their Wildfire Strategists, who shared their research in social with Likeable and provided recommendations for how the learnings could benefit the agency’s clients.
