Great Change
The Spiderman story started with the life struggle of an extremely shy and reserved teenager, Peter Parker. Though he is from a humble background, he is exceptionally brilliant in academics. He has a friend that is to later become his sworn enemy who hails from a wealthy family and he is also emotionally attached to Mary-Jane a classmate. Peter's adventure began when he was bitten by one of the new species of radioactive spider. This experiment got him infected supernaturally with spider like ability. Soon he could spin webs and developed extra sensory features which made him super normal, possessing extra ordinary strength and powers. Display of Power The transformation of Parker from an ordinary folk to a super normal being is so likened to the change and adventure that God has determined to display in the lives of some chosen ones in this end times. You see the fact is that everyone who is born anew by the Spirit of God actually undergoes a great change figuratively similar to this in their human spirits and now God is determined to make this spiritual change reflect in the physical (i.e. outwardly) in the lives of some. This is for a special reason that is to establish His Kingdom on earth through the display of His power. It says,
“through the greatness of thy power, thy enemies shall
submit themselves to you” (Ps... ) The similarities between the adventure of Spiderman and those God has purposed to use is so striking that they are worthy of note. Let's quickly examine them
(1) Ordinary folk with
humble background.As the guy
behind the spider mask was a normal folk with life challenges that seems to be overwhelming, God's mighty ones in this end time are guys who are also bedevilled with life challenges.many wise men
after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to
a god that should be worshiped at different times had this to say, “And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong”(Act 14:8-12 & 28:6)). I

bring to nought things that are: That no flesh should glory in his presence”. (I cor. 1: 26-29).
And even after they are transformed some of these will still face them to help keep them humble in spite of the great things the Spirit of God will wrought through them. One of the greatest super heroes of all time, Paul the apostle who so demonstrate the power of God to the extent that he was mistaken for d beyond reasonable doubt that this is necessary for your perfection. 2.)He got transformed: Transformation will be the hallmark of those who will be used either by God or the devil. What you get transformed into depends on what you are exposed to. Peter Parker get transformed into a life saving hero but the father of his friend, Dr. Osborne got possessed by a destructive demon. So its either you are exposed to the Spirit of God or to dark spirits. When the first king of the ancient Israel got exposed to the Spirit of God see what happened:“Then Samuel took
Saul also among the prophets?” (I sam. 10:1,9). See this examples of some of God's super hero in history: DAVID Then Samuel took the horn of oil, and anointed him in the midst of his brethren: and the Spirit of the LORD came upon David from that day forward. So Samuel rose up, and went to Ramah (I Sam 16:13). JEPHTAH ''Then the Spirit of the LORD came upon Jephthah, and he passed over Gilead, and Manasseh, and passed over Mizpah of Gilead, and from Mizpah of Gilead he passed over unto the children of Ammon...So Jephthah passed over unto the children of Ammon to fight against them; and the LORD delivered them into his hands. And he smote them from Aroer, even till thou come to Minnith, even twenty cities, and unto the plain of the vineyards, with a very great slaughter. Thus the children of Ammon were subdued before the children of Israel.'' (Judges 11:29, 32-33). OTHNIEL And when the children of Israel cried unto the LORD, the LORD raised up a deliverer to the children of Israel, who delivered them, even Othniel the son of Kenaz, Caleb's younger brother. And the Spirit of the LORD came upon him, and he judged Israel, and went out to war: and the LORD delivered Chushanrishathaim king of Mesopotamia into his hand; and his hand prevailed against Chushanrishathaim. And the land had rest forty years. Judges 3:9-10
The Spirit of God will be anointing some for special assignments this endtime and its going to be a swell time in God’s presence. Are you qualified to be one of these? Are you positioned to get this commissioning from the Most High? When He comes looking for whom to use, would you be found worthy or wanting. Are you serious with God or you are still playing the hide and seek game like Adam did when God came calling(Gen. 3:8-10). God told cain, “If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lies at the door and seeks to master you” (Gen 4:7). So you see, you are the determining factor”.
