Jesse James Rogers, 73, of Memphis, TN, passed away on March 09, 2023. He was born to Dorothy Franklin and Willie Lee Jones on January 27, 1950. He graduated from Hamilton High. He served in the US Navy. He was a member of Prospect CME Church as he served on the usher board and secretary to the lay department.

He was preceded in death by (Willie Lee Jones) and Louis Faulkner(brother)

He leaves to cherish his memory; his mother, Dorothy Franklin; his children Montrell Rogers (Avis), Marcus Macklin, Sharon Rogers, Jessica Rogers, and Francheska Rogers; his sister Mary Story, brother in law Earlie Story, and sister in law Carolyn Faulkner, 15 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
