Live a Life that Matters
Ready or not someday it all come to and end
There will be no more sunrises, no minutes or hours or days
All the things collected, whether treasured or forgotten will pass on to someone else.
It will not matter what you owned or what were owed
Your grudges, resentments, frustrations and jealousies will finally disappear
Your hopes, ambitions, plans and to-do lists will expire
The wins and losses that once seemed so important will fade away
It won’t matter where you come from
It won’t matter wethere you were beautiful or brillant
So what will matter?
What will matter what you bought, but what you built
Not what you got, but what you gave
What will matter is not your success, but your significance
What will matter is not what you learned but what you taught
What will matter is ever act of intergrity, compassion, courage or sacrifice that enriched, empowered others to emulate your example
What will matter is not how many people you knew but how many will feel a lasting loss when you’re gone
What will matter is not youe memories but memories that will live on in those who loved you
What will natter is how long you will be remembered and for what
Living a life that matters doesn’t happen by accident
It happens by choice

Recessional
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul;
He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil; for Thou art with me; Thy rod and Thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
