TOMATO SALAD

INGREDIENTS : 6 TOMATOES

4 SMALL CUBES OF CHEESE

500 ML OF OIL

5 ANCHOVIES

3 ONIONS

250 GRAMS OF SALT

9 OLIVES

2 LEAVES OF PARSLEY

STEPS : 1.CUT THE TOMATO AND THE ONION AND PUT IT INTO A BOWL 2.SPINKLE THE SALT TO THE TOMATOES AND THE ONIONS 3.ADD OLIVES WITH THE SMALL CUBES O CHEESE TO THE BOWL AND REMOVE THE MIXTURE 4.ROLL UP THE LEAVES OF PASLEY AND CUT THEM, THEM ADD THE PIECES OF PASLEYTO THE BOWL AND REMOVE IT AGAIN 5.CUT THE ANCHOVIES AND ADD THEM TO THE BOWL 6.SERVE IT ON A DISH AND SPINKLE THE OIL ON THE MIXTURE

SUSHI: CALIFORNIA ROLL INGREDIENTS: 1-6 sheets of nori algae

6-japanese mayonnaise

2-3 cups of rice of sushi

7-50 grams of toasted sesame seeds

3-1 small cucumber 4-200 grams of crab meat (or imitation) 5- one

avocado

8-75 cl

of rice vinegar

9- 30 cl of sugar 10-15 grams of salt

PREPARATION: 1. First wash the rice for take of the starch 2. Boil the rice: First boil the rice 10 minutes on a fast burn and after on a slow burn 10 minutes. Later let it rest 30 minutes. 3. Now bundle the mixture with vinegar, sugar and salt and add to the rice. Mix all. 4. Sometime later, fan the rice with a fan 5. Peel and cut the cucumber and the avocado in thin longer seeds. 6. Chop the crabmeat and mix it with the mayonnaise. 7. Whit the daws hands we are put the rice in the nori algae and give the lap. 8. Now put other line the rice on the nori. INGRIDIENTS: Eggs Potatoes Onions Salt Oil

DIRECTIONS: Peel the potatoes, fry the potatoes, chop the onions ,the potatoes wash the potatoes and the onions ,mix the onions, the potatoes and the eggs.

INGREDIENTS: 10 eggs 1 onion 1Kg of potatoes Olive oil Salt Step by step: 1.Peel the potatoes, wash them and dry them. Cut by thin layer. We put them in a bowl and mix with the eggs and salt. 2.We take a frying pan, we put on the fire and we off olive oil. We put the potatoes salts and leave 20 minutes on low fire. 3.While the potatoes fry, in the bowl were why go to put the potatoes batt thy eggs. We peel the onion and cut it. In other frying pan we fry the onion. After we add the onion and the potatoes in the bowl with the eggs. 4. We add all in the frying pan, Leave for a few minutes over low heat and turn over. Then it is removed and our potato omelette is ready.

First you need to peel and cut the potatoes. Then you have to break the eggs. You have to mix the eggs with the potatoes. After turn on the fire and put a little stream of oil in the frying pan. You have to wait half an hour.(15 minutes in each side) When it´s finish you need to put a little bit of salt. Then you have to put that in a plate. PREPARATION 1- You have to boil the octopus and the potatoes. 2- You have to peel the potatoes. 3- You have to cut the octopus and the potatoes. 4- You have to add the potatoes and the octopus respectively. 5- You have to add the oil salt and the paprika.

INGREDIENTS: - 2 eggs

- 250-300 gr. of flour

PROCEDURE:

1. Beat the eggs with the sugar and the zest of orange in the electric beater for 15 minutes. Add the oil, the orange juice and mix the flour with the leavening and the salt, and add too.


2. When get the soft dough, work with your hands and make the donuts. Make circles whit the dough and fry in the heat oil.

MELINDRO (CATALAN CAKE)

Ingredients: 1) 4 Eggs 2) 125 gr. of sugar 3) 125 gr. of flour 4) 1 teaspoonful of coffee yeast

Preparation: 1) Beat eggs until double in size with sugar. 2) When the dough is fluffy, add the flour with the coffee yeast and beat until is homogeneous. 3) Put into the oven at 160 degrees to 45 minutes.

COULANT Ingredients: • 4 eggs

• 1 egg yolk • 300g butter

• 380g chocolate

• 150g sugar

• 130g flour

Step by step

Preheat oven at (225 °C). Grease individual molds with butter. Melt chocolate in microwave. Mix the flour, sugar, butter, eggs and the chocolate in a bowl. Pour the dough in 6 molds. • Put inside the oven for about 6 minutes. ( be carefull not to overcook) . It can be accompanied with a scoop of ice cream • • • • •

Meanwhile you have to blend the cookies with the butter and then put it in a bowl and in the fridge. 3. When you have the dough you put it in the bowl with the cookies and the butter. 4.
