Payday Loan Claim Specialists
Claiming payday loan compensation on behalf of UK Consumers
Did you take out a Payday Loan (2007 to 2014), and rolled it over, because you could not afford to repay the full amount in one go, or did you take out one loan after the other because you could not survive without the loan money?
As an example, if you borrowed ÂŁ600, 6 years ago, and rolled it over 8 times, the claim could be worth over ÂŁ2,000!
Were you stuck in the payday loan trap and had multiple loans at the same time from different lenders? Did you just pay the minimum amount each month so you could survive? Did the lenders every seem interested in your true financial position?
Mis-sold? Due Compensation?
We consider compensation claims for loans between 2007 and 2014 and if we feel you have a valid claim we will make the formal complaint to the lenders on your behalf.
We will need some information from you in order to be able to put a strong case together, and you could make the claim directly yourself, but if you want to use us we will do our best to make the whole process as painless and simple as possible
Do we make claims to all lenders? No! We do not make claims for instalment loans from companies such as Lending Stream, Next Credit, Ferratum, Pounds to Pocket and Safeloans, as we feel that these companies offered instalment loans that were not payday loans and were clear that the loan would be spread over multiple months.
In addition, we do not make complaints for line of credit loans offered by Elevate Credit International (Sunny and Quid) as these operate like a credit card without the card and are not Payday Loans with Rollovers.
Genuine No Win No Fee
Unlike some claims where you have to take out an insurance policy or loan up front, we offer a genuine No Win No Fee service. If you don’t win, you don’t pay us anything. Our fee when we win is simply 30% of the amount the lender offers.
Make the Claim Yourself?
You don't have to use a claims management company to make a claim, you can make the claim yourself directly with the lender. If the lender is unhelpful or you disagree with their decision, you can take the claim to the FOS (www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk).
We would love you to come to us, but we do understand if you want to do it yourself.
