Dream Homes
We’re the town that has it all, from a place on the beach to your own country club villa, to an apartment downtown in the thick of things.
In 2020, Boca Raton was named the thirdbest beach town in America to live in by WalletHub, and there’s no secret why. In Boca Raton, the living is easy—and oftentimes a stone’s throw from the ocean or from one of the city’s numerous parks. There is a wide range of housing options, from oceanfront townhomes to country club estates to downtown apartments. But no matter where you live, the tie that binds the city’s residential communities is an emphasis on great strategic growth, aesthetic appeal and lush landscaping.
Within the city limits, there are charming middle-class and upper-middle-class neighborhoods. Mid-priced communities include Boca Square, Lake Floresta, Boca Pointe and Boca Del Mar. And, in the newer, unincorporated areas west of the city, you’ll find beautifully constructed planned urban developments, townhouses and duplexes, and all-amenities-included country club living.
Continued redevelopment in east Boca Raton has led to an impressive collection of luxury condominiums for people who enjoy urban living. More and more people are choosing to live, work and play in downtown Boca Raton, which offers pedestrian-friendly access to popular shopping and dining destinations like Mizner Park and Royal Palm Place. New, more-affordable housing on North Federal Highway is another option— and only minutes from downtown Boca. Two in-demand residential complexes rich in elegant amenities are further invigorating the downtown area: Palmetto Promenade and Camden, both within walking distance of the Royal Palm Place and Mizner Park shopping and dining centers.
Boca Raton will now be home to one of nine locations showcasing the Mandarin Oriental name. The Residences at Mandarin Oriental will offer 85 private residential spaces. With absolute comfort and complete security, the Mandarin showcases architectural creativity and breathtaking views of the ocean and golf course. The residences offer amenities including a personal, private wine lounge, a rooftop pool with ocean-view cabanas, a tranquil Zen space, a family game room, and a resident-only club room and private theater.
Five minutes from downtown Boca, and short distances from all of Boca’s colleges and universities, not to mention restaurants and shopping plazas, is University Park, the first luxury student housing community. With a resort-style pool, a juice bar, a two-story, state-of-the-art fitness center and plenty of outdoor spaces, University Park offers upscale living for students who look to live off campus. Each apartment comes fully furnished and equipped with a flat-screen television, a gourmet kitchen and a keyless lock in each bedroom.
The picturesque views don’t end at the city limits, however. Many affluent Boca communities are in unincorporated Boca Raton, including Boca Del Mar and Boca Pointe, geographically in central Boca Raton, and others farther west including Avalon at Boca Raton, Boca Falls, Boca Grove Golf and Tennis Club, Boca Winds, Boca West, Cimarron, Hamptons at Boca Raton, Mission Bay, Loggers’ Run, The Polo Club Boca

Raton, Sandalfoot Cove and Whisper Walk.
Sales continue at stunning Akoya Boca West, where golf course-view penthouses now are available among the 139 brand-new luxury condos. Akoya Boca West is the first new residential construction at sprawling Boca West in 20 years.
Also west of Military Trail, and north of Glades Road, is Boca Bath & Tennis, a gated community with luxury single-family homes on lots as large as three-quarters of an acre. There are eight park areas with three lakes, a clubhouse, tennis courts and a swimming pool available to all residents.
Woodfield Country Club, on the north side of Yamato Road and west of Jog (Powerline) Road, has 1,300 single-family custom homes in 20 lake and golf villages, some dating from 1985 and others from the mid-1990s. The vast, tropicalstyle Cascades Aquatic and Fitness Center has a lagoon, fountain pool, restaurant and lounge. An 18-hole Joe Lee golf course, 20 tennis courts and a clubhouse with dining, meeting and social rooms complete the exclusive amenities.
Another wonderful community is Broken Sound Country Club, an award-winning yearround private golf and country club community. As a five-star Platinum Club of America—the ultimate recognition of club excellence—Broken Sound also is known for its environmental responsibility and is certified by the global Golf Environment Organization and Audubon International.
