Mac & Cheese At Jimmy’s our Mac & Cheese is a staple side dish - no dining experience is complete without it. Here we offer two versions, regular Mac & Cheese and Jimmy Mac (Mac & Cheese with bacon, jalapeños and a crispy top). We do not include black pepper in the recipe because our Mac is often served to kids, but feel free to add it to taste. INGREDIENTS: 5 FL OZ. HEAVY CREAM 3 OZ. CHEDDAR CHEESE, SHREDDED PINCH KOSHER SALT 7 OZ. COOKED ELBOW MACARONI METHOD: Heat cream, shredded cheddar, and salt until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Add cooked pasta to cheese sauce and stir until completely coated. Serve hot. YIELD: 1 SERVING

Jimmy Mac ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS: 1 OZ DICED COOKED BACON 1/2 OZ DICED JALAPEÑO, INCLUDING SOME SEEDS SPRINKLE OF GRATED PARMESAN, BREAD CRUMBS AND SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE METHOD: Follow above recipe, stirring in bacon and jalapeños with the cooked pasta. Pour into an casserole dish and top with Parmesan, bread crumbs and cheddar cheese. Place dish under broiler for 1 to 3 minutes until browned and crisp on top.
