21 Ossington has proved to be a desired neighborhood to house a facility for the United Way Charity in more ways than one. Its easy accessibility by Toronto transit, close proximity to CAMH and multicultural neightborhoods were some of its most desirable factors.
CONCEPT: “LEVELS OF ENCLOSURE” HOW DO YOU DEFINE ENCLOSURE?
A CHANGE IN GROUND LEVEL?
It was important that the concept allowed for an exploration of the use of space and how people would be interacting with it. By connecting all physical components such as height, materiality, visual orientation and sense of space this study ensured it would become a suitable interior for people of all walks of life.
