Communicative English Course - 卜卜趣英語 From public examinations to entering the business world, communicative English undeniably plays a fundamental role in achieving success. Nowadays, how to effectively convey your ideas has become the primary concern not only among students, but very often adults as well. This course aims to provide an integrated training regarding this aspect. Through our interactive teaching methods, students will be led to confidently construct ideas and more importantly, to effectively present them. After the course, students will better grasp the essence of English communication, and find themselves polished up in mastering the language. Bringing Creativity into Writing - 創意寫作大爆發 Children usually get hesitated when they have to express themselves in an unfamiliar language, apart from their mother tongue language. Even if they have impressive ideas, they fail to transmit their brilliant, interesting ideas in an effective way, with the “language” as an obstacle.
By joining this course, we hope to help students to bring out their inner creativity, express their ideas with confidence and pride. Also they will learn to confidently talk about themselves in English among group mates and in front of audience. This would be very helpful in long term as Creativity and Imagination can be further enhanced along with mastering English language.
In this course, students will be separated into different groups, discussing among their group mates in English, in an informal, happy atmosphere. They will learn in this course different perspective of Creative English Writing, including: Describing the background, the situation and the characters in different pictures and stories; Creating relationship among different characters, incidents and things so as to create a complete short story; Learning to read short stories from different culture, and create their own which situate in another kind of culture, which is developed in the group discussion; They will also have chance to present their Creative Writing pieces in every lesson.

Bringing Creativity into Writing - 創意寫作大爆發 小朋友雖然有無窮無盡的創意，腦袋中藏著很多有趣的小想法 ，但是每當要他們用外語來講述或寫作的時候，就會礙於對語 言的陌生感，創意和有趣的想法就突然無法表達。 參加《創意寫作大爆發》工作坊的小朋友會通過各種英語小遊 戲分成小組，用輕鬆活潑的方式去作小組討論。透過一些活動 如: 小遊戲﹑分組討論﹑小組報告﹑故事創作和閱讀等等，學 生可以學到各種技巧：
從觀察﹑閱讀圖片及短故事，學懂發現圖片及故事中所包含的 時間﹑地點﹑人物的特色，並用自己的文字去作深入描繪； 為不同特點的人物﹑事情或物件加入相互扣連的關係，從而創 作出有故事性的短文章； 閱讀不同國家﹑不同文化背景的短故事，再透過討論，從改變 故事發生的背景而改編故事； 學生每一節課都會有在全班同學面前作短報告的機會。

透過《創意寫作大爆發》，我們希望可以讓小朋友開放自己， 將自己的想像力﹑創意都展現出來，並且能夠自信地﹑自豪地 與其他同學分享自己的小想法。而且通過每節課都有的短報告 訓練，學生就能慢慢學會有信心地用英語向別人講述自己的想 法。當英語不再是講述及寫作的障礙，孩子的想像力及潛能就 能更充分的發揮。
