1. All orders will be confirmed within 48 hours of the order being placed. 2. For most accurate & efficient production to take place, electronic art in a suitable graphics file should be provided. Sketches and other forms of artwork, or changes made to artwork, may incur additional art charges. 3. If an order is cancelled once production has begun, the full invoice amount shall be payable. 4. Whilst every effort is made to return customer samples, no guarantee can be given. Please note, some samples may be damaged during production. 5. We keep dies and moulds for up to 2 years. Dies and moulds remain the property of APS. 6. PMS (pantone) colour codes can be matched as required. 7. Short- run surcharges will apply. 8. Customers have a 2 week period to inspect goods after delivery. Goods cannot be returned after 2 weeks of receipt. 9. Unless otherwise stated by the customer in writing, all items may be used by APS for display or catalogue purposes. 10. All pieces are measured at their widest point for pricing purposes. 11. Courier freight charges are made according to weight, size and destination. Should you have specific freight requirements, please advise at time of placing your order. 12. Pre production samples are available on request. We will happily provide a quotation and time frame for delivery of these. 13. Orders requiring delivery in under 28 days will incur a 10% rush charge. 14. A 50% deposit is required at the time of placing the order. The balance is payable 14 days from despatch date. Payments can be made by cheque, money order or direct deposit into our account. Please note new account details from 1.1.2011 WESTPAC BSB 032 586, A/C # 373 424. 15. Bank fees for dishonoured cheques or incorrect payments will be the responsibility f the payee. 16. Overdue accounts will incur debt collection fees + interest charges of 5% per month. 17. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all copyright and patent requirements are adhered to.
