DAVID WILLIAMS ’96 • JUNIOR VARSITY HEAD COACH

Currently entering his 21st season at Jesuit Dallas, Williams is sophomore counselor, art teacher and junior varsity soccer coach. As a player, Williams won two TCIL state championships with the Ranger soccer team in 1995 and 1996.

Williams attended St. Louis University, where he played four years of Division I soccer and earned a bachelor’s degree in English. He received a master’s degree in education from SMU and is a licensed coach in North Texas. Williams lives in Dallas with his wife Michele and their two daughters.

PAULO COSTANZO ’98 • FRESHMAN HEAD COACH

Coach Costanzo played three years of varsity soccer during his time at Jesuit, helping the Rangers to a pair of TCIL state championships and the 1997 Jesuit-Meintser Invitational Tournament title. He played one year of collegiate soccer at St. Mary’s University before returning to Dallas to attend the University of North Texas, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in applied behavior analysis.

In addition to serving as coach of the Jesuit freshman team, Paolo also works as an outdoor education guide with various schools around the DFW area.

RICK MARTIN • HEAD ATHLETIC TRAINER

Beginning his 26th year as the head athletic trainer at Jesuit Dallas, Martin is a board-certified member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), a Licensed Athletic Trainer in the state of Texas and an American Heart Association BLS instructor.

A graduate of Central Connecticut State University, Martin has worked in the clinical setting, including a tenure at the collegiate level with Yale University. In addition, Martin served as a secondary level athletic trainer in Connecticut, New York, and Texas prior to arriving at Jesuit Dallas. Martin earned his master’s of science from Central Connecticut State University.

Martin, his wife Jane, and twin sons Andrew and Garrett are strong supporters of Jesuit Dallas.

TODD HOLMES • ATHLETIC TRAINER

Holmes is in his third year on the Ranger athletic training staff. Certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) and a Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT) in the state of Texas, Holmes graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s in kinesiology and sports medicine.

After a one-year stint as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Arkansas, Holmes began a 23-year stint as an athletic trainer at Lake Highlands. He also spent one year at Episcopal School of Dallas before arriving at Jesuit.

Holmes is the proud father of two daughters, Sydney and Katie.

GIULIANO SANCHEZ • ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

Sanchez is in his third year at Jesuit Dallas, and his second as the director of athletic performance. Prior to joining the staff as the assistant director of athletic performance in 2018, Sanchez served as an intern for the Michigan State strength and conditioning department after stops at Colorado Mesa University, Muir Orthopedic Specialists, and the University of Denver.

Sanchez graduated from Louisiana State University with a master’s degree in kinesiology with a focus in exercise physiology. Sanchez earned his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with a focus in fitness and health promotion from Colorado Mesa University in 2014. A lacrosse player at Colorado Mesa University, Sanchez was a two-time team captain and All-Western Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association team selection.
