In commemoration of the 25 Years of the inception of Bethesda Prayer Centre in Coimbatore, a special meet was conducted to pray for people from May 14th to 16th, 2017 at Bethesda.

Our heart was greatly moved to see nearly 10,000 people who came from all over India from 27 States with great thirst and desire to receive God’s blessing in their lives. Dr. Paul Dhinakaran and Sis. Evangeline Paul Dhinakaran prayed for each one of them in person laying hands on them for God’s blessing to come upon their lives. They prayed for them for nearly 14 hours every day.

Dr. Paul Dhinakaran was accessible to all families who visited Bethesda and prayed for their blessings individually. God honored the faith of all the families who visited Bethesda these days and blessed them. Their sorrow turned into Joy. Thank God for giving us the anointing to pray for each one who had come to Bethesda.

ne of the most dramatic events that took place in the history of mankind is the ‘fire of God’ that came down when Elijah prayed. It is one of the most heroic stories of the Bible.

How many times have we read that story and wondered, ‘will such fire come down if I pray today?’

And then we say, ‘Oh! that is too

great to happen! It is beyond your wildest dreams and imaginations!’

But the Bible says, “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us”(Ephesians 3:20). Yes! All that has happened in the Old Testament days are just shadows of what will happen in the New

Testament days. We are living in the New Covenant days and we are standing in a better and greater place than Elijah because of the blood of Jesus Christ and so our prayers too can bring fire from heaven – a much greater fire than what was brought down by Elijah.

by us is not just a ‘chemical’ or ‘physical’ fire that will burn down only ‘things’ but we can bring down a ‘Spiritual Fire’ - a fire from God which burns away diseases and curses; burns away sins and bondages; burns away the works of the devil and the evil people that are against us, sets us free and gives us a life of victory and power. Yes! After reading this message you will have the faith to pray and bring down this ‘Spirit Fire’ upon yourself and your family.

First we need to see the truth that our God is a God who answers through fire. The Bible describes Him as ‘the God who answers by fire’. The God who brought down fire for Elijah is still alive and working today and will work in your life too in the same way.

Let me turn your eyes to this verse from the Bible: “I have come to bring fire on the earth, and how I wish it were already kindled!”

(Luke 12:49) This is what Jesus is going to do in the days to come. Yes! When you pray, He will send fire on the earth and it will be rekindled right inside your being.

When Elijah tearfully and earnestly prayed, “O Lord, let this people understand and see that I have done everything according to your word,” the fire came down from the Lord God. Friend! When we pray according to God’s Word, fire will come. We have to pray like Elijah saying, “God I have done according to your words; honour me and hear me.”

We need to also see that when Elijah prayed this prayer, three things happened. Today these three things will happen even when you pray.

Fire upon the Sinners of Zion The word ‘Zion’ which is the City of God comprises the people of God. You and I are the people of Zion. The people of Zion form the Kingdom of God and they obey the commands or the Word of God. Zion represents the people of God who live according to the Word of God. They take the prophecy of God seriously and diligently seek to fulfill what it says and also pray for the prophecy to be fulfilled. And therefore all who are against this Zion – the people who follow the Word of God – are called the sinners of Zion. Everyone who acts against the prophetical words of God will be destroyed by the fire of God. This would definitely happen in future. Read the following prophecy from God’s word.

The sinners in Zion are terrified; trembling grips the godless: “Who of us can dwell with the consuming fire? Who of us can dwell with everlasting burning?” Those who walk righteously …. Their bread will be supplied, and water will not fail them.

(Isaiah 33:14-16.)

The Bible says that these sinners of Zion have blood in their hands.

“When you spread out your hands in prayer, I hide my eyes from you; even when

you offer many prayers, I am not listening. Your hands are full of blood!” (Isaiah 1:15) What is this blood? I John 3:15 says, "Whoever hates his brother is a murderer; and ye know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him".

Yes! There are certain people, who hate brothers and sisters who are God’s servants and also hate noble and upright parents and children. But these people fearlessly come to the presence of God, raise their hands and pray. If one prays with hatred in the heart, God will say, ‘Your hands are full of blood and when your hands are full of blood, I will not hear your prayer’.

This is what will happen to those who rise against the people of God. All your enemies and all their works will be destroyed by the fire from heaven. All those who are plotting against you and seeking to destroy you will be destroyed.

All the works of the enemy against you will be destroyed.

Prophetical Power to anoint kings The Lord said to him, “Go back the way you came, and go to the Desert of Damascus. When you get there, anoint Hazael king over Aram. Also, anoint Jehu son of Nimshi king over Israel, and anoint Elisha son of Shaphat from Abel Meholah to succeed you as prophet.

(I Kings 19:15, 16) Yes, God who answered Elijah through Fire, filled him with the power of prophecy to anoint kings

and prophets. This is what the Spirit Fire of the New Covenant will do.

It will bring down the power to make us kings. It will give us the power to reach the top of the world.

It will take us to high positions and make us sit with kings.

Beloved, God is going to give you those powers. God will bring this Fire through your prayers and prove to the nations that He is the only God. That fire of the Spirit will fall upon your family and will change them to be prophets. He will change people in your work places as prophets. If you are working in the government sector and you have a short prayer during the noon, God will change your whole department into prophets. If you are a doctor, you will go to a ward in a hospital and pray for one patient and the power of the Almighty God will descend on the whole ward and He will manifest His power through you. He will give you the grace to anoint kings.

Era to be changed as prophets Yet I reserve seven thousand in Israel all whose knees have not bowed down to Baal and whose mouths have not kissed him.” (1 kings 19:18) Elijah himself did not know that there were 7000 prophets in reserve. Elijah lamented “I have been very zealous for the LORD God Almighty. The Israelites have rejected your covenant, torn down your altars, and put your prophets to death with the sword. I am the only one left, and now they are trying to kill me too.” (I Kings 19:14).

In the forthcoming days God

will change His sons and daughters as prophets. Bible reflects the same!

“In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.” (Acts 2:17) In future, God will change our sons and daughters as prophets.

There is an altar before the throne of Jesus Christ. On that altar, the blood of Jesus Christ intercedes for us. (Rev 8:3-5). The blood of Jesus is continuously pleading for us all. What is activating that blood and the answer to come, is our prayers. The prayers of the saints are the words of prophecy.

Yes, my friend! Your prayer rises to heaven as incense and reaches heaven along with the blood of Jesus. This transforms into Fire. Prayer and Tongues bring 'Fire'. Thus when the Holy Fire fills you, the will of God will be done through you. b) Oneness in prayer: “But whoever is united with the Lord is one with him in spirit.” (I Corinthians 6:17) “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven”.

(Matthew 18:19)

Not only that when two pray, but also when your prophetical prayer and the blood of Jesus ascend up, miracles will follow. You may say, “There is no one to pray with me; I am the only one saved”.

Don’t feel sad about this. The Holy Spirit will speak through you.

High Priest and the elders caught them and cast them into the prison.

But they were not discouraged.

They joined in prayer (Acts 4:2631) and a miracle followed. In the same way, we too have to be united and pray saying, ‘O Lord!

Let the power of thy blood be shown; Let signs and miracles be done by You’. When we pray like this the reward will be seen in the nation. c) The image of Jesus Christ: “And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into His image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.”

(II Corinthians 3:18) Lastly, God will give us grace to have the image of Christ. The fire that will descend on us will transform us into the image of Christ.

We also need to note that God

is going to try us by fire. (I Peter 1:7). Thus when fire comes, then on the one hand we will see miracles happening in the name of Jesus but on the other hand we will be changed into the image of God. There was a lawyer by name Charles Finney. After knowing God, he started reading the Bible daily. One day he sat in his office and cried saying, “O Lord, I must see you”. As he was yearning for the Holy Spirit, suddenly there was Fire in that room and then it spread to the whole village. In the burning fire, he saw the face of Jesus. The power of God descended on him and he was filled with the Holy Spirit and his life was transformed.

One day, while he was walking on the road, two drunkards were fighting with each other. Suddenly they fell before Finney.

They did not know who he was but on seeing his face, they both started crying and said, “Sir, your face convicts us of our sin.

Who are you and what do you do?” Tears were rolling down their cheeks. Finney led them both to Jesus and they were saved.

Fire brings this glory. Jesus is going to be seen in you.

God is ready to answer us through fire and is going to prove among the multitudes that “God is Lord”. Let us humble ourselves as Elijah in the presence of God, prostrate before him and pray to him fervently. The Spirit fire will definitely come down upon you. You will get the power of anointing prophets and kings. Our sons and daughters will be transformed as prophets. Our prayers will rise as incense to heaven and will be changed to fire by the blood of Jesus. God’s answers to our prayers will be converted to fire.

The Lord who came to put fire on the earth will answer our demands through fire. He will prove that “He is the Lord” by His signs and miracles through us.

ear God, I come to Your Feet to receive the blessings, the good gifts that you have destined for me. I look up towards the hills from where my help comes. I believe that my help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth.

Look upon me graciously. Forgive and forget those shortcomings that I may have. Grant unto me that I will be able to peacefully receive all the blessings, the good gifts and to experience the end results that I look forward to which you have pre-destined for my life.

Lord Jesus, I thank you for having shed your blood for me to receive your pre appointed goodness in my life. Grant unto me Lord that I will be able to receive all that you have planned for me without worrying but with prayer and thanksgiving God the Holy Spirit, as I do not know to rightly pray to receive all that you have set apart for me, you intercede for me with countless groaning and sighs; you give me new tongues, you take my

prayers straight into God’s presence, You knit the Blood of Jesus with God’s plan and God’s decisions. You shower on my life through fiery angels the blessings decided by God for me as in answer to my prayers. You make satan to fall as a lightning who brings obstacles to your blessing.

I thank you.

Lord, grant answers to my prayers and reveal to me the great and mighty things that I do not know. Graciously grant me Lord that every plan and purpose of yours for my life will come to pass at its appointed time. When fear, anxiety, sorrow arises in me and chokes me and prevents the fulfillment of your divine plan, O Holy Spirit, arise in me in your glory.

Enable me to pray in tongues in the Holy Spirit. Open my eyes to diligently read, meditate and receive your counsel from the Bible and to see the wonders in your Holy Scriptures. Show me what I should do in my life, in my family, in my ministry and in the society.

My God, even as you

humbled yourself unto death at the cross to fulfil the Father’s will and plan, and whereby you were given heavenly honour, I too humble and empty myself in your presence.

Let your plans and purposes be fulfilled in glory in me. Anoint me with fresh oil and raise up my horn like that of an unicorn.

Jesus, I pray, not being anxious about anything and with thanksgiving. Increase your grace and blessings in my life. Honour me by granting me the goodness and blessings you have stored for me. You are answering me to this prayer that I pray according to your will. You are enabling me to receive all that you have stored for me. I thank you for this. Amen.

Dearly beloved, In June, 2014 Jesus Calls Magazine we have published the prophecy given

by Dr. Paul Dhinakaran in detail, which is about Eastern Jerusalem, taken from Israel by force with a resolution and a unified consensus of the world leaders. This prophecy has started to fulfil now.

Prophecy Fulfilment : “Shocker: Russia recognizes ‘West Jerusalem’ as Israel’s capital ” On 06.04.2017 by the Russian Foreign Ministry on the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, the following statement was released: “We reaffirm our commitment to the UN-approved principles for a Palestinian-Israeli settlement, which include the status of East Jerusalem as the capital of the future Palestinian state. At the same time, we must state that in this context we view West Jerusalem as the capital of Israel,”read the statement.

STOCKING STUFFER The UN Security Council passed a resolution to end Israeli settlements in Palestinian territories On 23.12.2016, the United Nations Security Council voted on a resolution to end Israeli settlements in Palestinian territories. Fourteen of 15 council members were in agreement—only the US abstained. The Security Council reaffirmed that Israel’s establishment of settlements in Palestinian territory occupied since 1967, including East Jerusalem, had no legal validity, constituting a flagrant violation under international law and a major obstacle to the vision of two States living side-by-side in peace and security, within internationally recognized borders.

Adopting resolution 2334 (2016) by 14 votes, with the United States abstaining, the Council reiterated its demand that Israel immediately and completely cease all settlement activities in the occupied Palestinian territory, including East Jerusalem. It underlined that it would not recognize any changes to the 4 June 1967 lines, including with regard to Jerusalem, other than those agreed by the two sides through negotiations.

The UN Security Council is the most powerful forum of the world, with "primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security." France, China, UK, USA, Russia are the permanent members in that counsel, and many other countries are non permanent members. Hence , Russia’s statement and UN Counsel’s resolution against Israel is to be noted and this is what has been revealed by the Holy Spirit to His servant Dr. Paul Dhinakaran on April, 6th 2014.

Prophecy foretold : “My precious friend, On the April 6 th 2014, the Holy Spirit woke me up at 3:30 am in the morning, and the first thing that He said was, "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem." I heard this spoken from the Scriptures(Psalm 122:6,7). But for the very first time the Holy Spirit spoke into the depths of my spirit. I could see that the Lord was in a hurry. It's now time for things to happen in Jerusalem.

Initiatives to separate Eastern Jerusalem from Israel As He was saying that to me, I could see Eastern Jerusalem – ‘The walled city of Jerusalem’.

And I could see the leaders of the world bringing about a resolution and a unified consensus to make Eastern Jerusalem the capital of Palestine, naming Palestine as a country. I could see the leaders of the nations gathering. I could see the leaders of the western world gathering together, forming a consensus and declaring Eastern Jerusalem as no longer belonging to Israel. I could see the leaders of the western countries joining together in consensus in one accord taking the land of Eastern Jerusalem out of the hands of Israel. They were saying that ‘Eastern Jerusalem- The walled City’ which was claimed to be a part of the land does not belong to Israel anymore.

ur heavenly Father God is the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort. He will comfort you today and bless you.

In Matthew 11:28 we see how He invites those who have agonies in their hearts, saying, “Come unto Me, all who live in heaviness of heart and I will give you rest.” Today you are going to experience this rest in your heart. He is the God who comforts

all who mourn as the Bible says in Isaiah 61:2, “to comfort all those who mourn.” You may be reading this message now having lost someone dear to you and therefore are filled with grief, but today you have a God who can comfort you and give you joy. Yes! He can turn your sorrow into joy.

How is He the Father of Mercies? He will show His mercies

through His mighty works in your life and in your family. Yes! He will build your home; He will protect your family.

How God builds your family?

Friend, are you reading this message as a lonely person? Are you wondering in your heart, how can I build this home and how can I run this home? We have a God who sets

the solitary into families (Psalm 68:6).

He builds the home for the lonely people. Today this is going to happen in your life as our God has promised in 2 Corinthians 6:16-18 where He says, "...I will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they shall be My people...I will be a Father to you..."

Yes! He says, “I want to live with you. I want to dwell in you and want to be with you as your heavenly Father.” We have the Father of mercies with us. Then why do we have to worry. Whenever we look up to Him, He comes closer to us and answers our prayers. This is why God sent His only Son into this world for us to feel Him; to touch Him and to be with him.

"So that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us.”

(Acts 17:27) My father, D.G.S. Dhinakaran, when he visited a blind school in India, the children there wanted to feel him and touch him. Since they could not see him, they wanted to feel his presence. So they came close to my father and touched him. One of the children touched his hand and another touched his legs, his tummy, his chest, his cheeks and so everybody touched him and felt him and they were so happy. And my father also being moved with compassion, hugged them and kissed them and blessed them.

In the same way my dear friend, our Father of mercies is so close to

us that whenever we look up to Him and pray, He immediately gives His presence. He is the God of mercies and the God of all comfort.

When I lost my mother, my father and my elder brother after my marriage, I was thoroughly shaken. I cried out to God saying, “I lost all the joy in my family.

Where can I get back this joy?”

After my marriage, as I watched the way my husband was praying and how he was filled with the presence of God, with the joy of the Holy Spirit, I said, “I too want this joy of the Holy Spirit.” I said, “Lord, fill me also with this joy” and God graciously answered my prayers. He blessed me and anointed me with the Holy Spirit.

I cannot express this joy. I said, “Lord, I thank You for the Holy Spirit. Thank You for this joy!”

Our God of comfort comforted me through the Holy Spirit. I feel like my brother has come back alive through the love and tender care of my beloved husband. And again God has blessed me with a mother through my husband’s mom who loves me as her own daughter.

These things happen only through the love of the Holy Spirit. God today has given me back everybody.

And in addition to that He has given me three sweet children Sam, Sharon and Sweety to love me. Further, God has given me countless number of loving brothers and sisters like you; so many mothers and fathers, to love me!

Wherever I go for meetings they come and hug me and say, “My dear child you are my daughter.”

Today I have so many brothers and sisters to love me as their own family members. Yes God sets the

solitary into families. He enjoys seeing us have a family life.

How does this happen?

The Bible says, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”

(Acts 16:31) Here is Sis. Kathija, testifying of how she received salvation and how her life got transformed:

I come from a family who has not tasted the love of Jesus Christ. I was bound by witchcraft for 17 years and went through untold sufferings. During the nights, without my knowledge I used to talk to myself and was also badly affected by to Somnambulism (sleepwalking). I could not come out of this condition though I tried to get delivered through several measures. All along I had a sense of emptiness in my heart.

About that time, I heard about the ‘Jesus Calls’ Prayer Tower and started going there for prayers.

While watching the ‘Jesus Calls’ television programs regularly, on 28.12.2015 in the Sathiyam Television programme, Sis. Evangeline Paul was praying for those who were suffering from witchcraft problems and for their deliverance. I too joined with her in prayer. At that very moment, I had a strange experience. me. My entire body started to tingle. I could feel some darkness coming out of me. That same night I slept peacefully like a child.

From that day onwards I am in good health and my life is totally transformed. I now live as God’s child enjoying the salvation of Christ. My entire family has now tasted the good Lord Jesus. Later, I had the opportunity to attend the ‘Jesus Calls’ Prophetic Conference at Chennai from May 27 – 29, 2016 where I was filled with the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

Now I am doing ministry for God praying for others. All glory to God. My dear friend, just like Sis. Kathija, God will bring the joy of salvation and the joy of Holy Spirit into your family. May be you are fasting and praying for a long time for the salvation of your family. Do not lose heart! God will hear your prayers and will transform your husband, or your wife /or your children miraculously.

The God of mercies who will build your home will also protect your family.

How does God protect your family?

“The Lord is your keeper; The Lord is your shade at your right hand. The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul. The Lord shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and even forevermore.” (Psalm 121:5-8) The evil one will always try to put evil things into our family. He puts 14

problems in our family and seeks to steal away the peace of our family.

In John 10:10 the Bible says, “The thief comes to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.” In Luke 10:38, whenever Jesus comes to Martha’s place He blessed that family. No problems could ever touch them. Even when their brother Lazarus died Jesus willingly came to that home and raised Lazarus from death and brought joy to their family. Friend! Will not God do that in your family?

The Bible says in Matthew 4:4, 'Man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes out of the mouth of God.” God loves to be at our home when we confess and proclaim the Word of God. Every day when we read the Word of God as a family, God comes and protects our family.

In 2 Samuel 6:11-12, Obed-Edom gave importance to the Words of God. He kept the ark of the Lord with him for three months only and God started to bless them as a family. He blessed all that he had and all his belongings too. In the same way, my friend, He will bless your family also, if you gather your children early in the morning and pray together as a family; you will see blessings coming in such abundance on you.

This happened in my life also. I never thought of getting married at that time because I was then doing my second year commerce degree. I wanted to study more. I thought I must finish my M.Com., degree and only then I must get married. But God had different plans and different blessings for me. The blessing came in the form

of my marriage. My husband’s father and mother came to our home and took me into their family in the place of their daughter Angel whom they lost in 1986.

They loved me as their own daughter and till today it continues. What a blessing indeed!

You may have different plans about your life but the plans of the Lord are higher and more wonderful than all your dreams put together.

The same thing which happened to me will happen to you too if you are seeking a life partner.

How does God fill your family with Joy? When we unite our hearts as a whole family, God comes and fills our home with His joy. In Acts 10 we see how Cornelius sought after God diligently, three times in a day. He did whatever he could do for others and helped other people who came to him. He invited the saint of God Peter to his home. And when Peter came and spoke the Word of God the Holy Spirit came upon Cornelius and all the members who were there in his home - his friends, his relatives and himself. God filled everyone with the joy of the Holy Spirit. Yes! My friend! This will happen in your home also. “...Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory.”

(1 Peter 1:8) When the Holy Spirit fills, He fills us with inexpressible and unspeakable joy.

My father Bro. Dhinakaran wanted this experience and he prayed for this for seven years. He said, “Lord fill me and use me in the

ministry. Wherever he went and whenever he got some time he would pray like that. He was crying and crying for seven years after which one day he received the Holy Spirit.

God Himself appeared before him and poured the Holy Spirit upon Him. And after that God changed his life

totally and he was used of God mightily all through his life time.

Dear friend! You may be asking for the anointing of the Holy Spirit for a long time and today I want to assure you that it will surely happen to you. God will bless you and will preserve your going out and coming

in. It is my sincere prayer that God blesses your family too like that. He will do mighty works in you and through you and build your family.

Be encouraged for you have a Father of Mercies to carry you through in this month and all through the days to come.

I was enrolled in the Young Partner’s Plan even when I was a small child. I grew under the protection of prayer offered by the Jesus Calls Prayer Ministry. Just two days before my 10th Std board exam I had fever and the temperature did not come down. I was taken to a nearby hospital but the treatment was not helpful and so I was moved to another hospital and there it was diagnosed as Dengue fever. I had to be admitted in the hospital but I was so particular that I should go home and prepare for my exam. As I came home, I was full of tears not knowing how I am going to write my exams. In this situation, we started calling the Jesus Calls Prayer Tower for prayers and I also used the prayer in the student prayer card. After writing the first exam, that night I started vomiting blood. My entire family was in panic. Yet we did not give up hope but continued calling the Prayer Tower and got the assurance of getting healed through the prayers of the prayer intercessors. Yes, I got healed miraculously.

- An eight lakhs rupees consultancy project was entrusted to the Civil Engineering Students from the Coimbatore Corporation to prepare a Decision Support System (DSS) to ensure 24 X 7 water supply to the households in Coimbatore.

Students also received 40,000 rupees from Tamilnadu State Council for Science and Technology under the "Student Project Scheme” to undertake various researches in their fields of specialization.

Karunya campus has always been a multicultural environment with the untiring efforts of the international students exchange initiatives. Noyal Sam and Suhaas from Computer Science Department are in Spain for their Internships. They are now getting practical exposure to the work and culture while interning with ‘Sun Agile Software’ and ‘Nice People At Work’ in Spain. Prof. Dr. Benny Kimelfeld, from Technion Israel Institute of Technology, visited Karunya for the‘International Conference on Big Data and Cloud Computing’. In his address he highlighted how cloud and big data technologies could be used to find feasible solutions for the challenges that the world is facing” Mr. Ram Vishwanathan, Nathan Research Inc., USA and Mr. Lawrence Mohanraj, Head, Academic Alliance, IBM India Pvt Ltd were the special guests of honor.

Karunya’s flag flew high when Iswarya from Department of Biotechnology represented Andhrapradesh and won the Bronze Medal in the Senior National Ball Badminton Championship at Mangalore. Teena Margret hailing from the same discipline won Silver Medal in Horse Riding in Equitation Basic VIII at the Inter National Dressage Development League (IDDL).

In sports Karunyans fought hard for the Winner’s Trophy in the prestigious “A” Division Football League Tournament organized by Coimbatore District Football Association at Nehru Stadium for the 4th consecutive year in a row. Adarsh Ram and Dileep from Mechanical Engineering Department bagged bronze medal in High Jump at National Level Athletic Meet

at Telangana and Gold Medal in Wrestling at Students Olympic National Game 2016-17 at Uttarakhand respectively. Dinesh Kumar from Department of Chemistry represented Chattisgarh and emerged as a sole winner of the title at the National Level Central Zone Ball Badminton Championship organized by Madhya Pradesh Ball Badminton Association.

Jesus said “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me�. KU students went the extra mile to express their true love by their deeds.

A team of fifty NSS student volunteers entertained inmates in Little Hearts Home for Mentally Sick. Students distributed grocery, conducted cultural activities, spent qualitytime interacting with the inmates and prayed for the less fortunate. Students also visited Sevalaya Orphanage and donated Rs. 4000 for their pocket money.

During weekends hundreds of volunteering students travelled as teams to spiritually minister in Services, conduct Career Guidance and Exam Prayers in churches and Schools in Andhra, Tamil Nadu & Kerala . A few thousand school students were touched by God. Karunya students were enriched spiritually and became a light to the world. Through these

outreach programs, many Daniels and Esthers were raised by KU. At Karunya Christian School a total of 28 students have been awarded Distinction and Merit Certificates from Trinity College, London for their outstanding musical skills in Vocal, Drum and Guitar. The certificate reflects the exceptional ability and hard work of students who have achieved heights in their musical journey.

Evangeline Matriculation Higher Secondary School students competed at the National Children Science Congress. The event was an educational opportunity for high school students from across the state to learn about Science, Technology and Innovation for Sustainable Development. The EMHSS senior team showcased on the topic Medicinal Plants and got selected for the State Level event.

“I will go before you and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze and cut the bars of iron. For Jacob My servant's sake, and Israel My elect, I have even called you by your name; I have named you, though you have not known Me.” (Isaiah 45:2,4) Basing my faith on this Word I pray that God may go before you and enable you to receive all the 20

Our God is a God who gives us the treasures from His light – His Glory. Here God is instructing us not to lay up treasures for ourselves on earth. At the same time He asks us to lay up treasures for ourselves in Heaven. This is what He means in Malachi 3:10-11 when He says to bring our tithes into His temple.

As much as we give for the minis-

try of God, so much the ministry can do to take the Gospel of Christ to people and save souls and the reward of saving these souls will be written in your account in Heaven. This is how we can lay up our treasures in Heaven. The Lord will bless us on this earth by going before us throughout our earthly life and making our paths successful and prosperous. When He goes before us, He will shatter all the hurdles that block our blessing and fill our lives with His hidden treasures.

The Growing Prayer Tower Ministry “Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; do not spare; Lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes. For you shall expand to the right and to the left, and your descendants will inherit the nations, and make the desolate cities inhabited.”

(Isaiah 54:2-3) At present 109 Jesus Calls Prayer Towers are functioning around the world. Anointed prayer warriors are serving in these Prayer Towers by lovingly receiving, counseling, and pleading in the presence of God for those who desperately come for prayers every day. Good News to the Cities!

“Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases. He sent them to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.”

(Luke 9:1-2) For a long time the Spirit of God has been pouring a burden in my heart to take the Good news to all the people in many cities and pray for them. Many people from many cities have been continually requesting us to come to their city and conduct a Jesus Calls Meeting in their own city. And so, with immense prayers and the support and sacrificial contribution of the ardent Jesus Calls partners we have planned to conduct many such special meetings in many parts of Tamilnadu in this month of June and July 2017. We are planning to preach the Gospel, one day in one city and pray for the people who attend these meetings. I have mentioned below the list of these cities and the meetings for you to uphold us in your prayers.

Academy. In this Academy those who have a genuine desire to serve the Lord are being prayerfully selected and given necessary training and teaching of the effective ways to do ministry along with the Basic Bible Teachings and sending them to their own places to be used of God as mighty vessels of His glory. Presently we are conducting the Training classes in the cities of Chennai, Coimbatore, Tiruchi, Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, Madurai and Nagercoil. We are now planning to conduct these meetings in the State of Andhra Pradesh and in the cities in North – India in the month of July. The Mission of the Prayer Academy is to equip our partners with prophetic empowerment who after the training will become praying partners thus bringing miracles through prayer with prophetic and apostolic anointing.

By God’s grace, we were able to complete the first batch of Prayer Academy courses on “Prayer and Prophetic Empowerment” both morning and evening batches at JC Prayer Academy Training Centre, ‘Jesus Calls’ Prayer Tower, Chennai in Tamil and English languages. A total of 107 Students were trained of whom 44 in the morning batch and 63 in the evening batch. A well designed curriculum outlined by Dr. Paul Dhinakaran is followed in this course. Each class is unique and has shown enlightenment to every student for their close walk with the Holy Spirit.

Prophecy Fulfillment Chronicle - May 2017 As the Lord revealed to Dr. Paul Dhinakaran, the leaders of the nation, Members of Parliament and the executives visit the National Prayer Tower, Delhi for prayers, to listen to the voice of God and to know the will of God. They receive God’s prophetic words and are blessed.

From the 95 Prayer Towers in India, 16 prayer intercessors from different localities come and stay in the National Prayer Tower, Delhi for a month to pray and prophesy for the nation.

ear friend, this is not a time for us to worry or fear about what is going to happen, or wonder what the Lord is going to do for us. God does everything only for our good (Rom. 8:28; Jer. 29:11). God has already heard all your prayers. Just praise Him; He will be with you always.

I will be with you God is going to be with us just as He was with Joshua. He says, “I have already given you the victory into your hands. Receive the victory over the city where I have placed you and where you live in.

Don’t be worried, be strong and courageous for I am with you” (Deut. 31:4-8; Josh. 1:3-6, 9; 6:2).

When God is with you, none of your prayers will go unanswered.

(1 Cor. 15:57; 2 Cor. 2:14). God is going to answer every prayer of yours and we are going to celebrate the victory which Christ has won on the cross for our sake (1 Cor. 15:55-57; Col. 2:14-15; Heb. 2:9). Yes, we are going to celebrate the victory we have received from Jesus. Let us just praise Him for all the blessings which we have received through our Lord (Psalm 107:1; 136:1).

How does victory come?

My friends, how and where are we going to see this victory?

When Jesus saw the multitude of people, He was moved with compassion on them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep not having a shepherd (Matt. 9:36). So Jesus Christ began to teach them many things (Mark 6:34) and He fed them all miraculously (Matt. 14:1420). Every single person that you minister to, God wants to use you mightily.

Victory and satisfaction come through God’s Word God wants to feed His people with the “Bread of Life” and that will give them a new life. His Word is special, His Word is anointed and most importantly, His Word is everlasting. God is going to give words of wisdom through you that will stay in the hearts of the people (Matthew 4:4).

Through His Word, God is going to empower you and you will see His Word fulfilled in your ministry and in your work place.

Who affirmed that He was the bread of life? Jesus Himself said, “I am the bread of life” and He fulfilled it.

“I am the living bread that came down from heaven.

If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. This bread is My flesh, which I will give for the life of the world."

(John 6:51) Jesus says, "… He who believes in Me, will never be thirsty” (John 6:35).

When people heard these words that came out of Jesus, the Bible says, “And all bare Him witness and wondered at the gracious words which

proceeded out of His mouth” (Luke 4:22).

Again Jesus began to teach by the seaside. The crowd that gathered around Him was innumerous so that He got into a boat and sat in it out on the sea, while all the people were along the shore at the water's edge. And He taught them many things through parables.

(Mark 4:1; Matt. 13:2-8). All the people came early in the morning to hear Him in the temple (Luke 21:37, 38). Mary, the sister of Martha, sat at Jesus’ feet and heard His word intently (Luke 10:39).

In Mark 11:18, we see that the people were astonished at His teachings. It’s written in Mark 12:37, that the common people heard Him gladly.

My Friend, God wants to do the same thing through you and me.

When people hear His word through you, you are feeding them with God’s word and God Himself will abide in their hearts.

The importance of God’s Word Jesus answered, "Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in My name, claiming, `I am the Christ’, and will deceive many.”

(Matthew 24:4-5) These words caution us that in the last days, there will be words of deception, words that will proclaim, “You will have peace”, but yet people will find no peace and they will keep searching for peace.

Deceptive words and false prophecies are going around in the world in these last days. Many a time it

stabs us and makes us feel so frustrated and depressed. We cry out, “Lord, what are we going to do?

How am I supposed to live? What am I going to give my family? How am I to feed all the children that you have given me? What am I to feed my church with?” These words do hurt us, don’t they?

Read the Bible with Prayer Jesus wants to feed us with His “Word of Life”. So, we need to read the Bible more and more with prayer. Then, His living Word will flow through each one of us. It is truly going to feed His people and satisfy them. After they receive His word they will long for nothing else. His Word will satisfy all their desires and meet their needs (John 15:7; 1 John 5:14-15), because it is the “Word of Life” and it is the “Word of Resurrection”, as Jesus says that He Himself is the life and the resurrection (Mic. 2:7; Isa. 55:10-11; John 5:26; 6:63; 11:25,26, 43,44; Mat. 8:8,13).

Jesus, the living word, flows into the people. When the Spirit of God goes into the people you feed, we can rest assured that nothing will come across our borders. No words of deception will be able to overtake us. No words of evil or negativity will be able to destroy us and yes, this Word of Life will keep flowing in us.

It’s written in Jeremiah 23:29 that His Word is like fire. It will keep burning in our hearts. It will give us life. It is also like a hammer to all the words of deception that come against us. This firefilled word will consume all the evil and protect us; it is the Word of

Life. It is a great blessing to keep this Word in us and in all the people we minister to. When you feed people with this Word of Life, you will have twelve baskets remaining (Mark 6:43). You will be able to carry these 12 baskets full of bread for you and for your family.

Peace and Blessing will prevail We will experience an amazing peace of God while we minister and work for Him. The word which we speak and the peace of God will draw the people to God. The peace of God is going to spread throughout the city and country where we minister (Psalm 119:165; Rom. 15:4).

“Through the blessing of the upright a city is exalted, but by the mouth of the wicked it is destroyed.”

(Proverbs 11:11) Just as the city is destroyed by the words of the wicked, it will be exalted by the blessings of the upright. God blesses you with His Word; when you speak that Living Word, your country, your city, your town, your family and your life will be blessed and exalted.

God’s blessing, peace and light will come upon the country and the city where you minister. The mind of the serpent will be broken; we will stamp Satan under our feet and we are going to see only victory.

Dear friends, even at this young age, I want to do my best for Jesus.

“…till what he (Joseph) foretold came to pass, till the word of the Lord proved him true…He made him master of his household, ruler over all he possessed, to instruct his princes as he pleased and teach his elders wisdom.”

(Psalm 105:17, 19-22) When we read in the book of Genesis, we come to know about a man known as Joseph and how his father gives him a prophetic blessing saying: “Joseph is a fruit bearing tree; he will be blessed in such ways.” Exactly as stated in the above verse, Joseph got a high position to be seated happily next to the king (Pharaoh). It is at that time that his father greets him saying, “You are a blessed one; you are a fruit bearing tree.” What

sweet words! So sweet to listen to and to know that they come from his father’s mouth. But before achieving this high position he went through many sufferings and pain and now we are going to meditate on that. We read in the Bible: “…We must go through many hardships to enter the Kingdom of God, they said.”

(Acts 14:22) “It was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn your decrees.” (Psa. 119:71) When we taste Jesus it is so sweet. But we should not forget that even after experiencing the love of Jesus we may still have lots of problem, troubles and persecutions. But when we realise that Jesus changed the lives of people who walked through such paths, it gives us assurance that He is there to wipe away all your tears, wor-

ries, sorrows, suffering and struggles. We need to believe that for all these suffering there is an end. The Bible says “For surely there is an end” (Pro. 23:17, 18).

Joseph in his young age was going through many sufferings. We read in the Bible, “It is good for a man that he bears the yoke in his youth. For the Lord will not cast off forever but will show him a way” (Lam. 3:25-31). Therefore, God will not allow you to stay on in tears. A day will come when God will set you free from all afflictions and you will be honoured.

Suffering due to Mother’s death Joseph at the age of 17 lost his

mother (Gen. 37:2). As it is mentioned in the Bible for many years Joseph’s mother was fighting in prayer for a baby and after a long wait she gave birth to Joseph. (Gen 30:22, 23). Therefore you can imagine how she would have loved him and cared for him. When she was giving birth to his brother, Benjamin she died. We cannot envision what grief Joseph would have gone through when his mother died.

One day early morning 3.30 am my father woke me up and said, “Son, the doctors are saying that your mother is going through her final breath. Her condition is very serious.” As soon as I heard these words from my father it hit me like a thunderstorm in my head. Immediately I got up and sat next to my mother. She was struggling to take her final breath. Then I cried bitterly from my heart, ‘Lord I cannot see my mother dying in front of me.

Please do not take her life so soon.’ I was pleading for God’s powerful hands to come and touch my mother. Full of love and affection I called out Amma (mother in Tamil). She looked at me and asked, “Son, did you have your food?” She was not aware that it was early morning 3.30 a.m. See, the love of mother, even when she was struggling for life, even in that last movement her heart is concerned for her son’s wellbeing.

Yes, Joseph also when he lost his mother he would have grieved over her. Perhaps he might have thought that he was an unlucky person. But God did not forsake him. He was always there with Joseph. God comforted Joseph with extraordinary dreams assuring him that in future His Presence will be close to him. In this way God revealed to him His plans.

In our spiritual life we need to

go through this kind of situation.

There is sweetness in the Name of our God-- “El-shaddai”, which means God’s bosom is like that of a mother. It is here that He comforts His hurting children. The Lord who loves you says, “Can a mother forget the baby of her womb? Though she may forget, yet I will not forget you” (Isa. 49:15, 16). Because you have accepted Jesus Christ you may go through a lot of suffering and persecution. Still God will be your mother and father and He will embrace you to His bosom. So let your hearts not be troubled! (Psa. 139:5).

Suffering due to brothers’ jealousy “His brothers were jealous of him.”

(Gen. 37:11) The Bible says that Joseph’s father Jacob loved Joseph more than his life. (Gen. 37:3). Should not his brothers also have loved him just like their father did?

My beloved, look at the unfortunate life of Joseph, when he said all his dreams to his brothers. They were filled with jealousy. “Anger is cruel and fury overwhelming, but who can stand before jealousy?

(Pro. 27:4). See how true this is!

When my loving Lord Jesus was living on this earth, all the people followed him. But the Bible scholars and Pharisees said, “See, this is getting us nowhere. Look how the whole world has gone after him!” (John 12:19). Friends, we are living in the world which is filled with jealousy. What do you think about this jealously and where does it comes from? As we read, “A man’s enemies will be the members of his own household” (Mat. 10:36, 37).

Yes! The person who shows love to us today becomes an enemy tomorrow. Joseph pleaded with his brothers, “please do not kill me, please leave me alone” (Gen.

37:18-24; 42:21). But the cruel hearted brothers tried to kill him.

Deliverance from Temptation “The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all.”

(Psa. 34:19) Who in the world lives without a temptation? As we read in the Bible, “Then Jesus was led by the spirit into the wilderness to be ‘tempted’ by the devil” (Mat.4:1, Luke 4:1). Yes, we should not forget the fact that in this world we will face temptations all the time.

My Beloved in Christ, in the midst of all this temptation how did Joseph live a righteous life? When Pothipar’s wife called for a wrong relation, how did he escape from that situation? “How then could I do such a wicked thing not only to my master but also a sin against God?” (Gen. 39:9).

The Bible says, “Whoever fears God will avoid all extremes” (Ecc.7:18, 26; 12:13). T h e r e fore, when we are confronted with such situations, we need to cry out to God and say, ‘I am a person who fears the Lord; How can I break the heart of God by falling to this sin?’ As sin advances, you should fear the Lord and run away from it. Only then can you live a life like Joseph and safeguard your life with holiness. Our gracious Lord came to this earth to deliver us. You may be going through suffering, sorrow and affliction in this life. Just remember that our Almighty God is able to help anyone who is tempted. Joseph might have cried out to God, “Please save me; I do not desire to sin against you.” In answer to his cry, the Lord enabled Joseph to resist the devil and delivered him. Will He not deliver you in your time of trial?

cause of this what benefit did he get? They put him prison (Gen. 39:20). During that time, what kinds of thoughts would have gone through his mind we do not know, the Bible does not record it. Could it have been thoughts of self pity?

Could he have questioned God? We do not know, but we do know, that his faith in God was unwavering.

It is true that he was imprisoned. But, he was righteous and blameless in the presence of God therefore God was there with Joseph in the prison (Gen. 39:21, 23).

In the same way Daniel’s three friends were thrown into fire (Dan. 3:25). The reason is they didn’t worship or bow before an idol. But what happened there? After a little while the king took a keen look into the furnace and said, “Weren’t there three men that were tied up and thrown into the fire? Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like a son of God!” It might be that you are going through deep waters or fiery trials, just remember that we have our omnipotent God to save us. You should not forget that the Almighty God is there for you. In the blazing fire of adverse circumstances, God will protect you because the Lord God is in the midst of all our sufferings. He will help you, even if it be prison, because He is there with you.

It is God who exalts and honours In the midst of Joseph’s suffering God’s plan was to exalt and honour him. During that time Pharaoh called all his astrologers and wise men and said, “This is what I saw in my dream and I want to know the meaning of the dream” No one could interpret or give a meaning to the dream. When Joseph was called, he said “the dream 32

you saw is this…” Because, God has filled Joseph with his divine holy spirit (Gen. 41:38, 39). Pharaoh looked at him and said “Can we find anyone like this man, one in whom is the spirit of God? I hereby put you in charge of the whole land of Egypt” God lifted Joseph so much that he became a great leader and ruled over the whole nation. That same God surely will give a command to exalt you.

My beloved in Christ, are you branded as a fornicator? Are you thrown into a deep pit? Forced into slavery? Jesus looks at you and says “My child in that very place I will lift you up.”

Once I received a distress call from Kerala from a friend asking me to help his brother. He said “Sir, the police have arrested my brother, who is in Chennai; you please go and see him.” Immediately I went there and found him seated there like a mad person. He lamented to me saying “I am innocent, the people who are working under me, are the cause for this situation.” As the men were fighting I just interfered and said, “You please don’t fight; stay in peace.” I just said this and went there to stop the fight, but the police left them and caught hold of me saying, “I will not leave you.” He said, “Why did God put me in this kind of a situation? I thought that they will put me in a mental hospital.” At that time the Holy Spirit reminded me of a song from my memory and I started singing that song to comfort him. When he listened to the song all his fears disappeared.

All the bitterness from his heart got faded. By the grace of God he went back home with a great joy and God saved him miraculously from all the accusations.

Yes! Problems will come in our

life because this world is wicked; amidst all this suffering if you hold on to God firmly He will save and help you in miraculous ways.

“I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears”.

(Psa.34:4) In your Christian life how is your relationship with God? You may be involved in the ministry in thousands of ways - giving great messages, praying hours together on your knees, but are you filled with the divine presence of God? How is your Bible meditation? If you are not having a personal time with God there is no use at all. God gives immeasurably the Holy Spirit to anyone who asks in faith and love. When we pray we welcome the Holy Spirit and invoke the presence of Jesus in our prayer time.

Then we begin to converse with Him and we are filled by His power and love.

Think carefully about the path Joseph walked. He lost his mother at a young age and was shedding tears. His own brothers became jealous of him. Even in the place where he worked he was accused falsely. Because of false accusation he ended up in prison where he went through many hardships.

But, what was the end result?

God looked at his suffering, and filled him with His Holy Spirit. Finally God honoured and exalted him to a very high position. Therefore, let your hearts not be troubled. We can also live a life like Joseph with the fear of God, if you chose to live with Jesus. God will honour and exalt us in the midst of problems, struggles, suffering and pain.

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

(John 16:33)

ear ones, perhaps today you are tormented by various thoughts such as, “will I get my promotion?’ ‘I have conceived; how would my child be born?’ ‘What would happen to my child’s marriage?’ ‘My husband is terribly sick; what would happen to him?’ ‘My husband is addicted to alcohol; what would happen to our family life?’ ‘Would there be prosperity in my life?’, and so on. However, there is a place for you where you can rest and comfort – that is the bosom of the Lord and nothing else.

When you lean on His bosom and walk by His commands with fear, there is no need for you to worry about anything.

“Surely he (the righteous) will never be shaken; The righteous will be in everlasting remembrance. He will not be afraid of evil tidings; His heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord. His heart is established; His righteousness endures forever; His horn will be exalted with honor.”

(Psalm 112: 6-9) Therefore, you would not be shaken but you will be established.

Your descendants will be mighty on earth and your generation will be blessed.

Transformation “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light” (I Peter 2:9) How does the Lord transform you?

“Lord, You were beaten and broken for me on the cross and You shed Your blood to cleanse me from my sins. Thank You! I accept You as my personal Saviour. Please deliver me from my sins” – When you thus commit yourself to Him, the blood which He shed on the cross washes away all your sins and cleanses you (I John 1:7). Your life is transformed. Through you, your family and household will change. You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light (I Peter 2:9). He transforms you and makes you His own special people, zealous for good works (Titus 2:14).

In a family, the husband, wife and children were leading a nominal Christian life and had no desire to love the Lord or read the Bible or walk in ways pleasing to Him. There was constant fight between the husband and wife. Frustrated over this, the children started to despise the parents and treated them with indifference. Only then the wife real36

ized how far she had strayed away from God sought the Lord. She prayed, “Lord, I was zealous for you when I was young. But now I don’t read the Bible or have family prayer. I have gone far away from You and hence we are facing these problems”. She then began to read the Bible with reverence; the Word of God exposed all her shortcomings and transformed her life. Divine peace and love was poured into her heart by the Holy Spirit. When her husband fought with her, she remained quiet and he was amazed to see the transformation in her life.

“How come my wife, who used to always fight with me, has become so quiet? From where did she get this meekness? My life too should change like this.” He looked up to God and said, “Lord, You, who have transformed my wife so wonderfully, please forgive me and accept me. I commit myself to You.” A divine transformation flooded him. The children saw the parents’ transformation and committed their lives to the Lord. Thus the whole family was transformed into His family.

"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household."

(Acts 16:31) Dear ones, when you too believe on the Lord and commit your life to Him, He will transform your life in such a way that you will say, “Lord, how You have transformed

my life which was once shameful!

Thank You.” He will make your whole family also to get transformed.

“I have set the Lord always before me; because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved.” (Psalm 16:8) As David says, you shall never be moved.

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, The people He has chosen as His own inheritance.”

(Psalm 33:12) “Happy are the people whose God is the Lord!”

(Psalm 144:15) Therefore, He will make you, who have accepted the Lord, as blessed women.

“Though the fig tree may not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines; Though the labor of the olive may fail, And the fields yield no food; Though the flock may be cut off from the fold, And there be no herd in the stalls; Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation.”

(Habakkuk 3:17-18) The Lord is always with me no matter what may happen. He loves me; He will never forsake me. I need not worry whether the fig tree will blossom or not, nor for the fruits. Likewise, if there are no fruits on the vines; the olive fails; when the fields yield no food, the flocks are cut off and there is no herd in the stalls. It seems like loss and failure everywhere. Yet I will

rejoice in the Lord; I will be happy in Him. He will make me rejoice because He has termed us as “blessed people.”

Good Health “But to you who fear My name The Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings; And you shall go out and grow fat like stall-fed calves.”

(Malachi 4:2) Dear ones, perhaps you are crying to the Lord for your physical healing and divine health. As the above verse says, Jesus, the Sun of Righteousness will arise on you who walk in the fear of Lord.

When He, the light of the world, shines on you, all darkness in your life will vanish. You will not walk in darkness, but you will have the light of life (John 8:12). The God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly (Romans 16:20).

You, who fear His name, will grow healthy like a fattened calf.

Are you in agony saying, “Oh, I suffer from headache’, or ‘I have this terrible disease’ and so on?

Claim these verses for yourself.

The Bible says in Proverbs 4:2022, ‘they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh’, and the Word of God will heal you.

“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your

shield and buckler. You shall not be afraid of …the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.”

(Psalm 91:1, 4 & 6) Yes, the shadow of the Most High comes upon you; He covers you with His feathers; you have refuge under His mighty wings. He gives you the grace not to be afraid of any disease.

We may boldly say, "The Lord is my helper; I will not

fear” (Hebrews 13:6, Psalm 118:6).

“In God (I will praise His word), In God I have put my trust; I will not fear. What can flesh do to me?”

(Psalm 56:4) You too can say this! Like David when you cling on to Him firmly, He will remove all your fears. He will give you deliverance, healing and health in abundance.

Several years back, the wife of a servant of God suffered from severe bleeding. The doctors

who tested her advised for hysterectomy and her family too agreed for this since they feared that otherwise it might lead to cancer. However, being filled with the love of Jesus, she said with faith, “I have placed my entire trust in the Lord, who is able to heal me and so I am not afraid. He will surely grant me total recovery.

He will give me good health.”

According to her firm faith, the Lord had healed her completely. After many years, the doctor was amazed to see her in perfect health.

“Behold, I will bring it health and healing; I will heal them and reveal to them the abundance of peace and truth.”

(Jeremiah 33:6) How true is the promise of the Lord! Yes, He Himself had healed her so wonderfully that the doctor was amazed.

The Lord has promised, “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”

(Isaiah 41:10) Hold on to His promise firmly and you shall live with deliverance and good health.

the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.”

(Galatians 2:20) When Saul was going against the disciples and people of the Lord, God meets him in a bright light that came from heaven. Saul falls to the ground. The Lord then tells Him, “"Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me? It is hard for you to kick against the goads" (Acts 9:4-6).

Even today, God is able to change our evil nature such as addictions, lies, deceit, jealousy, etc., and change us into new creations when we commit ourselves to Him. The Apostle Paul reminds us from II Corinthians 5:17, “…if anyone is in Christ Jesus he is a new creation, the old has gone: the new has come!” He further goes on to say, “I was formerly a blasphemer, a persecutor, and an insolent man; I am the chief of all sinners; However, for this reason I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show all longsuffering in order to have everlasting life” (I Timothy 1:13-16).

When Paul said, “I have been crucified with Jesus. Yet I live”, he received the divine experience of being, “…alive because of the faith on the Son of God, who loved me and who offered Himself for me.” The love of Christ was poured into his heart by the Holy Spirit. This changed Paul from being a violent person to a delightful person. This can be your experience too if you commit yourself to be crucified on the cross 38

with Christ. Today the Lord is changing your heart. You can boldly say, “It no longer I, who live, but Christ lives in me.” This can be your experience because Jesus says in John 14:19 “…Because I live, you will live also.”

He makes you His own people And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said, "I will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they shall be My people." (II Corinthians 6:16) He gives this experience to you, when you live in the Lord.

Without your knowledge, your old things have changed. Perhaps you were with your old sins like addictions and unwanted deeds. But today the Lord is changing you into His people. He gives you the privilege of wearing the helmet of the hope of salvation (I Thessalonians 5:8). We become new creations when we accept the Lord and are washed by His blood. He blesses all those who have accepted Him with the assurance, “I am a new creation; I am His people; old things have passed away and everything has become new” with the helmet of the hope of salvation.

The Lord has done a great deed in the life of Bro. John Raj and has made him ‘His people.’ Here is his testimony.

“My name is John Raj. I reside in Tondiarpet, Chennai. I lost my mother when I was a young boy. I was doing my studies, staying in a hostel. When I completed my studies, my father had remarried and hence I left the house. I fell into bad company and my life revolved around alcohol, drugs, fights, prison and so on. I was not married then. When I rejoined my family my sister compelled me to get married. I needed medical counsel and so I consulted a doctor. He tested me and said, “You cannot go for family life as there is no chance for you to have a child. So don’t spoil a girl’s life.” My heart was broken. I could not tell this to my sister. My family was seeing many alliances for me. I firmly refused to marry.

My sister attended the fasting prayer conducted in the Jesus Calls Prayer Tower and was praying for me. Days passed!

Finally they forced me to marry a girl. I shared my problem with my wife. She said, ‘What’s the big deal? We would visit the Jesus Calls Prayer Tower and get prayed for.” We started praying in the Prayer Tower. We also joined the Family Blessing Plan. Also we continued to attend the Family Blessing meetings conducted by Sis. Stella Dhinakaran and prayed. She too prayed earnestly for us to be blessed with a child. What

a wonder! In that situation where we had no chance to have a child, the Lord heard our prayers and blessed us with a beautiful girl baby. I surrendered my life into the hand of God. He completely delivered me from all the bad habits to which I was addicted and made me His people. He has given me joy more than the joy I had when I earned in lakhs.

Now I am leading a happy life with my family. All Glory to God! Yes, dear ones, it is the will of God that not one should perish.

Today it is His will to give you this divine experience and make you live well as a family by making you His people. Would you commit your life into His hands? The Lord will bless your descendants, and

make riches and wealth stay in your house. The Lord, the Sun of righteousness will arise upon you, who fear Him. You will be healthy, like a fattened calf. No evil shall befall you who seek Him. He will guard you and make you a channel of blessings to others. You, who walk in the path of righteousness, will not be moved.

Prayer: My loving God, it is Your will that no one should perish. Have compassion and look upon Your children. Lord, grant salvation to all of them through the blood which You shed on the cross of Calvary.

Embrace them with the love of Calvary. Wash them and cleanse them of their sins and make them new creations.

Lord, if there are people who

have not tasted Your love in the family, let Your hand come upon them. Not one of them – from children to elders – should perish.

Cleanse the hearts of Your children who are waiting to seek You and to receive blessings. Let Your blood wash them. Let new life come into them. Make them Your own. Let Your children say, “It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me.” Thus draw them towards You, with Your love. Enter into their hearts and lives as their Lord, Saviour and as the Sun of Righteousness. Bless them abundantly! Grant Your children good health! Be alive in them! Make them happy by changing them into Your people! Bless them with Your hand! Millions of praises to You for guarding them so that they will not be moved. Amen.

tives deserted me and my daughter. Yet, the Lord was my companion. After that I received the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Both of us started feeling the presence of the Lord even though we were alone. By the grace of God I got a government job.

Also I had enrolled my daughter in the Young Partner’s

Plan when she was a child after which she started studying well. Now she is doing nursing in Chennai. She also loves the Lord and has received the anointing of the Holy Spirit and is living for Him. She has formed an Esther Prayer Group in her hostel and is leading nearly 40 children to the Lord, through that.

Miraculous experiences of the anointing I was working under a person who was displeasing to God and was a fortune teller. Hence, I was leading a sinful life for the past ten years and I had no peace of mind. I always had an empty feeling in my heart. At this juncture, I got married and had a girl baby. When my daughter was small, my husband passed away and I did not know how to live in this world. On one side, I had no peace and on the other side I was worried how I was going to live. Miraculous healing Coming to know the love of God, I am living for Him. Presently I am 46 years old, unmarried and living in a small house with my mother, younger brother, his wife and their children. Having tasted the love of God, I attend the Esther Prayer Group conducted in our area and am praying for others.

In the year 2012, I fell ill. As days went by I could not breathe properly. When I went to the hospital they said that I had severe cold and referred me to another big hospital where I was diagnosed with TB. I was given medicines but still there was no cure. My condition worsened and I became bed ridden. I was admitted in the hospital and doctors gave up hope.

I did not know what to do and lost all hope of living. During this time, the sisters in our Esther Prayer Group prayed for me earnestly and had written a letter to Sis. Stella Dhinakaran

seeking prayers for me. She had also sent a reply assuring that God would surely do a miracle. The sisters in our group continued with their prayers. What a wonder! I recovered gradually and came back home. The doctor who tested me was amazed to see me back on my foot.

Since then I am in good health.

No Need for Surgery Sis. Sudha of our Esther Prayer Group was affected by the power of witchcraft since 8 years and her whole body was completely ruined. She was brought to the prayer group in that stage.

Fruit of the womb after 30 years

e got married in the year 1977. We were not blessed with a child even after 30 years of married life. I was affected by witchcraft problems. Though I took treatments from several hospitals it was futile. Finally the doctors who tested me said that there was no chance for me to conceive.

We did not know what to do. I even used to contemplate suicide and was all the time weeping. At this time, a sister nearby, told me about Jesus and the Jesus Calls Ministry. She then took me to the Family Blessing Meeting. It was the first time that I attended Sis. Stella Dhinakaran’s meeting. On that day when Sis. Stella Dhinakaran was sharing the Lord’s message, I was deeply touched by her words. At the end, she said “you may ask whatever you need, in prayer”. So I prayed, “Jesus I want to see You. I want the gift of a child”.

That time, I saw the Lord Jesus standing near Sis. Stella Dhinakaran on the stage. Even as I was seeing Him, I felt His nail pierced hands stretching out and touching my stomach. What a wonder! I conceived after a span of 30 years. Truly, my joy knew no bounds. By the grace of God, I was blessed with a girl baby on 16/12/2006.

After that all my witchcraft problems were solved and my husband and I became God’s children. I immediately enrolled my daughter in the Young Partner’s Plan. t-2 r a P Answer: In the Part-I of last month, we saw how we should be diligent to live a pleasing life to the Lord by following the example set by the Lord Jesus Christ who had fellowship with God and sought His Father whenever He had time.

Let us continue to meditate on the glory of the Lord’s prayerful life.

In important matters such as choosing His disciples, He waited in the presence of God and continued all night in prayer (Luke 6:12). Waiting at His feet and praying and fulfilling His will just as how He did, is an important lesson that we need to learn from HIs life. If we wait patiently at His feet until His will is revealed to us, He will surely speak to us and lead us beautifully.

The year 1969 was a year of tears for us. We were in agony as my husband was nearing death. Not knowing what to do, I ran to the Lord. I took refuge at His feet and cried out to Him. The Lord showed mercy 44

to me and answered my cries with love and mercy. My heart rejoiced when He revealed His will saying, “Daughter, your husband will not die. He will live. Your ministry which is now limited only to churches would be conducted in open air and I will open the doors for that.” I waited with hope, patience and praises for several months until His words were fulfilled. After 4 ½ months, the word of the Lord was fulfilled.

My husband was healed and started attending his job. The Lord helped us to conduct open air meetings for the very first time in Vellore in 1970.

My dear sisters, are you also passing through such tough situations? Wait patiently at the feet of God in all humility and reverence until the Lord reveals His will and guides you. He is the God who shows Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him

(II Chronicles 16:9). In His life, the Lord waited with God with humble prayers and fasting and through that performed many signs and miracles in people’s lives.

"This kind can come out by nothing but prayer and fasting” (Mark 9:29).

His fasting prayer delivered all those who were living in tears tormented by the devil and did mighty miracles in their midst.

My dear sisters, accordingly if you face terrible trials brought by the devil in your life, you should wait at the feet of God with fasting as shown by Jesus. Then you would receive the grace of God and get delivered from them. Also if you pray for other people who suffer thus, the Lord would be gracious to deliver them.

Once the devil brought into our lives a terrible affliction

and was deeply troubling us.

We were at a loss to know what to do. We kept on weeping bitterly and our eyes were badly affected. For this situation to change, we held onto the Lord with fasting and kept on praying, pouring our tears at His feet and soon the works of the devil were broken and everything changed upside down. The Lord who offered Himself up on the cross to be broken in order to crush the

powers of the devil, completely broke that situation and gave us victory from that trial as said in Romans 8:37. The Lord Jesus is full of love.

Yes, for tough situations, pains and sufferings to be removed, anyone who waits at the feet of God with fasting like Jesus did, would never be put to shame. As we sing “He is a miracle working God’, He would do mighty miracles in your life and make you happy.

Don’t we read that the Lord Jesus tarried alone in the presence of God, in the evenings? (Matthew 14:23). All through His life, He sought God the Father as much as He could, sought His feet whenever He could, knew His will and lived a pleasing life by fulfilling His will. Similarly, my dear sisters, it is highly necessary that we too live like Him. Let us commit ourselves to live a victorious life pleasing to Him, with His help and be blessed.

THROUGH INDIVIDUAL PRAYER… Gift of a child after 18 years I attended the Jesus Calls Prayer Festival held in Bengaluru in 2013. After the meeting, Sister Stella Dhinakaran prayed individually for everyone and that time I asked her to pray for my sister to be blessed with a child. She prayed with much compassion. I too was praying for my sister every second Saturday.

Hearing all our prayers, the Lord blessed my sister, who was childless for 18 years, with a boy baby on 6th September, 2016. Millions of praises to the Lord for His wondrous deeds.

irmala felt at a loss. It was as if she had entered into a totally different world. Fear, trepidation and timidity oppressed her and she sat there with dejection. Everything in the big city of Mumbai was perplexing to her. Her grandmother who came to see her son – Nirmala’s father – would always be baffled by the city of Chennai. She was always awed by the busy roads, crowds of people and massive malls. Nirmala used to make fun of her grandmother’s fears.

Now, her fear increased all the more since her mother-in-law had told her not to tell anyone that she was from Madras since Madrasis were always looked down by the people. Moreover everybody around her seemed to be of higher positions. Added to this, she was in a compelling situation to go for her job which had been transferred to Mumbai from Chennai.

nearby Railway station.

“Bus travel would take hours; so it is better for you to go by train” When her husband and motherin-law said this, she lost all her peace.

“You’ve to join duty tomorrow, right? So listen to this…” She nodded her head when her husband began to elaborate on the details.

“It would be difficult to make rice and curry in the morning. So better take chappathi for lunch and you can have rice for supper.” She again nodded when her motherin-law said this.

On the first day, her motherin-law accompanied her to the railway station. The train was heavily crowded and she could only stand with great difficulty. She had to spend half an hour in that state. ‘Pushing and shoveling, incomprehensible language, abuses, struggles to get down…’ when she

thought of these things she felt like crying aloud. Unable to control her fears and tears she sat on the bench. She shed a few tears over her miserable state and when she looked up she saw a police man before her.

“Have you lost something?”

“Did anyone misbehave with you?” When he asked her this in Hindi and English, she said ‘No” and headed home. The moment her mother-in-law asked her about her day, all tears came rushing back. ‘You have to face such problems in life.” Mother in- law concluded thus. Her husband’s words, “It would be like this only.

As days go by you would get used to it…” did not help her. When she shared this with her parents, they did not take it seriously and her sister made fun of her saying, “You deserve this. How you used to leave the bus and trouble dad to drop you in the college by car!”

She confided everything to her grandmother after a week.

‘You have to pray dear for ev-

erything. Pray with faith. God will change everything…”

Her words encouraged her.

Her mother-in-law asked her about her grandmother’s comments and when she told her that she advised her to pray, she laughed heartily with the remark, “Yes, if you pray, the crowd would become small. Empty train would come to our house to pick you up…”

Nirmala did not stop praying

A few days later when she was informed that her job had been transferred, she could not believe her ears. When they told her that because of her efficiency they were transferring her to a bank in her locality, she said loudly, ‘Thank You Jesus.” The moment she entered her house, she said this to her mother-in-law who was surprised and said, ‘Do you know where this bank is? ohn has also written the same thing as said by the Lord Jesus Christ, in verse 20 of the 16th chapter of his Gospel.

In these last days, people everywhere are living in tears with sorrow, affliction, and sickness.

Some sisters write to me with agony, “For so many years I have been writing to you for this particular problem which I am confronting in my life and I receive replies from you. Yet my problem is not solved.” What are the ways for their sorrows in life to be changed into joy?

According to this statement of King Jehoshaphat, Job held on to the Lord as his help even in the midst of all the trials and tears that were oppressing him. That’s why in Job 13:15 and in 23:10 he says, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him.” Thus saying he held on to the Lord till the end, overcame everything and received His blessings by getting filled with the strength of God. What a great achievement. He was an ordinary man like us.

1. Wait at His feet with patience The Lord is faithful; He will never change His promise. So we need to wait patiently till He fulfills it. Look at the life of Job! How 48

How did his sorrows turn into joy?

"Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is

(Jeremiah 31:13) the Lord” (Jeremiah 17:7). These days, only a very few people place their entire trust on the Lord Jesus Christ like Job did. According to Psalm 31:19, “How great is the goodness that the Lord has laid up for those who firmly trust Him.” But only a few have this firm trust.

Martha, sister of Lazarus had great love for the Lord. But her heart was full of unbelief. She said, “"I know that he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day." ’What did Jesus tell her? He admonished her saying “Martha, you don’t have faith. If you believe you would see the glory of God’ (John 11:24,40).

Even today, the unbelief, ‘How would this happen?’ does not allow the sorrows to change into joy

in the lives of many. Hence they fail to realize the power and honour of God. Dear ones, this is possible for the Lord. ‘For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast’ (Psalm 33:9).

"Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt…it will be done.”

(Matthew 21:22) Today, such kind of zealous faith is seen less in people, particularly in women because of which they struggle, unable to receive any miracle from the Lord.

Don’t we read in the Bible that ‘this is the victory that has overcome the world; our faith’ (I John 5:4)?

Job, the man of God, trusted the Lord with his whole heart in the midst of the most difficult situations in his life and believed only on Him and eventually got back all the good things that he had lost, in double fold (Job 42:10). He became a great testimony for the Lord and lived for His glory.

Accordingly, let us also have our complete trust only on the Lord, believe Him and see the glory of God.

2. Offered praises even in the sorrowful situations and received God’s blessings Even in the midst of the heavy loss of losing his ten children, we read in Job 1:21 that Job praised the Lord. Normally in such losses we would shed tears and cry out in agony. But when Job praised the Lord despite that terrible situation, how great was his love for the Lord.

Even in our family, we went through various kinds of dreadful trials. One of them was the horrible state of losing our only daughter Angel in an accident. In that time when we were in tears, the Lord God comforted us with His presence and words, strengthened us and revived us. He helped us to arise and shine for Him by filling us with new strength and new grace, and by making us praise Him again and again. As we

read in Acts 1:8, the Holy Spirit in us gave the strength in our soul and emboldened us (Psalm 138:3). By this, He helped us to revive multitudes who languish in sorrow and to fill them with joy. “…who (the Lord) comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.” (II Corinthians 1:4) Yes dear ones, this world is full of sorrow. The Lord Jesus lived as an example for us and went through the path of sorrow, affliction and pain. As we read in Isaiah 53:4, ‘Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken , smitten by God, and afflicted’.

Hence, let us look up to the cross in the midst of sorrowful situations, receive the joy, peace and comfort He had earned for us on the cross and arise and shine as good testimonies.

I am a frequent visitor of “Jesus Calls” Prayer Tower, Chennai. Everytime I visited the Prayer Tower, I loved to purchase Jesus Calls books from the book stall.
