Hello Beautiful Friend! You made it - I’m so excited that you are here to share Abide 2023 with me! I know it takes effort and planning to come to a conference like this travel, making plans for your family, in some cases, taking off work to be here. But I believe the effort you put forth will be rewarded. As we gather as a Sisterhood to worship the Lord together and press into all He has already prepared for us, I believe miracles will happen this weekend. Our theme verse this year is from Proverbs 31:25 - “She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future!” (NLT) It is my prayer that by the time this conference comes to a close that you will be filled with a new sense of strength and confidence from the Lord and that you will stand firm in your faith, no matter what comes your way. 2 Timothy 1:7 encourages us like this: “For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.” I know that God is going to speak to you over these next two days…. and I would love to hear your story of salvation, healing, restoration and deliverance. To share your story, use the Prayer/Praise card that we have put in your bag and drop it by our Abide Boutique or email me at thesisterhood@faithishere.org. Now, let me encourage you to lean into every moment, take notes on what you sense God whispering to your heart. I have no doubt He will meet you here! Much love,
Jeanne Burgbacher WOMEN’S PASTOR
