Jetclass Group continues to make a name for itself and to set Portugal’s brand in major design projects around the world. This time, its presence is marked in the UK capital in a hotel development that features the biggest companies in the market. The TH@51 restaurant opened last year at the Taj hotel in St James Court and is already a must-visit place for dinner or cocktails in the cosmopolitan city of London. The interior design project was carried
out
by
the
international
architecture firm Conran and Partners and Jetclass was chosen to design and develop the structural part of the restaurant and bar.

club members have access to this intimate space, the ideal contemporary setting to enjoy the expertise of interior design.

Occupying part of the ground floor, the club incorporates the brand’s Indian heritage in an important Victorian building in the heart of Westminster. Members access the space through a mirrored
antechamber
that
connects the rooms to the hotel lobby and TH@51 restaurant.

The
marble-clad
bar
and
the exquisite velvet stools are complemented
by
a
warm
lighting. A sculptural, casual seating area flows from the bar to the benches by the window, designed for informal dinners and business meetings.

In TH@51, elegant wood coating and a palette of soft tones manifest the inspiration of English gardens. An open kitchen with a tetric grill and the chef’s work table take center stage, while the bar zone provides an intimate space for leisure and recreation. It’s another area where guests enter through a mirrored lobby with botanical inspirations in the paper that covers its walls. The star piece of the semi-circular dining space is the bold bespoke lamp composed by glass and brass.
