Back With a Bang Bulgari, the luxury jewellery brand known for its exceptional gem-studded baubles and fine watches, launched its flagship store at New Delhi’s upscale DLF Emporio mall. Returning to the country after a three-year hiatus, the store is one of the brand’s many milestones as well as a part of its 130th anniversary celebrations and will showcase bridal jewellery, watches and accessories. Bulgari’s CEO Jean Christophe Babin and creative director Lucia Silvestri invited over 400 guests to celebrate the launch at Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi. Style icons Sonam Kapoor and Arjun Rampal were among the many celebrities who made it to the event.
Gaga Over Pearls Jewelmer Joaillerie marked the beginning of its 35th Anniversary with a gala held at the Philippine International Convention Center’s (PICC) reception hall. The brand went back to its roots to honour the golden South Sea pearl. Jewelmer senior vice president and creative director Gaelle Branellec, deputy CEO Jacques Christophe Branellec and Jewelmer Gala director Robby Carmona played gracious hosts to World Jewellery Confederation CIBJO’s president Gaetano Cavalieri, French ambassador Gilles Garachon, European ambassador Guy Ledoux, social doyenne Tessa Prieto-Valdes, style icon Daphne Osena-Paez, and iconic beauties Tweetie De Leon and Apples Aberin, among others. Guests were treated to a theatrical production headed by Prima Ballerina Lisa Macuja-Elizalde, award-winning actress Angel Aquino, and theatre actor Arnold Reyes. The jewellery brand also launched its Spring-Summer 2015 collection that is inspired by the elements of earth, air and water.
